We were in the Denver area to visit my in laws relative. He took us here to get traditional Vietnamese food. We weren’t sure what to expect in Denver but we were surprised. It gets my stamp of approval as authentic Vietnamese! To start off their spring rolls are solid, filled with tons of meat/shrimp. As far as entrees, we had the bun bo hue, the broth was very flavorful, we had the bo luc lac and the meat was so tasty, and finally we had the vermicelli with bbq pork and egg rolls. The eggrolls are the rice paper style. To finish out our meal we had the coconut jelly! The service here is so attentive, they are super nice and friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is so many great things to say about this restaurant. 1. The food was authentic and fun to eat. 2. It was flavorful as well as filling. 3. The service was at their top notch behavior. 4. This is easily the best Asian food in the area. If you like Chez Thuy in Boulder, you will love Tu’s Kitchen. Way more than just Pho, Tu’s has a very broad menu of quality items beyond the usual restaurant fare. You won’t find the same old boring blend of bell peppers, onion and broccoli on every plate. Here the vegetable blends are broad with more traditional flavors and complemented by well done sauces. The portions are large, including the appetizers, and the prices are fair. The service was excellent including accommodating the allergies of one of our party. We have been to other Asian restaurants that have accommodated, but with almost no variety. Here there was still plenty to choose from even after dropping the items with their allergens. Let’s support them so we can enjoy this place long term!
