Food was good, I do wish there was a little more of a selection though. Fries portion was a bit on the lighter side but were good. Bread was good on the brisket sandwich and the smash burger was really good and a great size. We didn’t buy any soft drinks or alcohol- our bill was just over $40 and not complain about that. The server was also really great (I cannot remember his name!) there was no wait at lunch time on Saturday which was nice too. I have mixed reviews here. I have been here before and enjoyed the nachos and green chili. However, the prime rib was not cooked right, and I would echo the other review that it was tastless and very disappointing. Stick with the nachos and burgers here. There were so many yummy food to chose from. So I read the google reviews for advice and tried the burger and breakfast burrito as suggested. Both items were excellent! Best restaurant in Black Hawk. Every meal we’ve had has been delish. Had the Lobster Roll last, thought it would be just marginal, but was very good. My Gfriend had the Impossible Burger & loved it. The Clam Chowder never disappoints! Try the Red Bloody, very good. Got the Blackhawk burger with brisket, brisket was under cooked, fries were cold. But I’d like to say server Jose and Mark the manager are a delight and a pleasure to be around. I have been to this restaurant many times and never had an issue. Our waiter, Gabe, was fine at first. However, we ordered the appetizer onion rings (which was the only thing my mother ordered) and we had to remind two separate people they had not been brought out with the burgers that the other two of us had ordered. 10 minutes after the burgers came out, a small side of onion rings arrived, which was not correct. We ended up splitting the burger with my mother while one of us ate off a napkin due to no extra plates being brought out or offered. I brought this to our waiters attention after he dropped the check off and requested the $6 side of onion rings be taken off since they were the wrong item AND they took an extra 10 minutes with multiple episodes of prompting from us. I was met with immediate pushback and he said he would get the manager. The manager (who did not introduce herself) came over wearing an ill-fitted blazer and instructed me to look at the state of the restaurant to visualize how busy they were. I told her to forget it and just run my card as this was not worth the trouble anymore. She said she would speak to the floor manager (seriously, over $6???), Gabe then came back and dropped my card off with a receipt that had no itemization; he said nothing to us and made no mention of it had been taken off or not, so who knows if they actually did anything about their own screw up. I will not being going back to this place and I nearly always tip 30% and never complain about anything. Had the prime rib. Ordered medium came out well done. The potatoe lacked seasoning and the vegetables were steamed to death. Ordered an old fashioned which was horrible. Club soda, cheap cherries, bunch of sugar, and one large orange wedge like you would get playing sports as a kid. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

If it’s have a Zero star, I would like to give it Zero to them. Food is Terrible 0. The fish and chips used the deep fried oil was older. The flour test is bitter We can’t eat it , The manager name is Cary he don’t want to take care anything for our food he asked me if I eat it. I have to paid. I can pay but he should to told me better than word. It is not Ask me back for I eat it!!!!!. He is rude. No service mind. No intelligent . Should be retire and stay home. Old fashioned. Get new generation work in there. AVOID THIS PLACE ! Honestly, we have been disappointed with everything about this casino. Employees should be new training and I recommend staying at a different place for sure.

Came here twice. Once for dinner, the appetizer came out quickly and was good, but then it took 40 mins to get out the sandwich that we split. It was dry and overall no good. Then, we decided to come in the next day for some breakfast, which was good and came out quickly, but our server never refilled our drinks and never did a check back. I had to go up and ask someone for a box and more water (which I never got!!!!). What's frustrating is that there were plenty of people standing around at the podium.
