I confirm that Twenty One Steak is the bomb in Pueblo. Just driving through I-25, this looked good. They are an old school hospitality establishment serving top line culinary. The way all great pillar local restaurants used to be. Went in after 8:00pm, sat at the bar. Alec mixed up the most perfect old fashioned (so far). I ordered the house salad with the pan fried chicken. Definitely @Logan Tavern comparable (with better service). Go here. Go later in the evening (after the rush). Twenty One Steak is the perfect place for a perfect date! I brought my wife here for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond! We received a beautiful anniversary card from them as well as a dessert. The food was also a 5 star rating! Will definitely go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

During my travels as a first responder, I often make it a point to explore local restaurants. Upon arriving in Pueblo, I had the opportunity to dine at Twenty one Steak, a restaurant that caught my interest. However, my experience at this establishment has been less than satisfactory. Typically, I give a restaurant a few chances before deciding to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, after visiting this franchise with my family, who had traveled all the way from Atlanta, GA, I have reached that point. On 9/19/23, my family, consisting of a group of diverse individuals (melanated Kings and Queens), visited this establishment with the hope of enjoying a delightful dinner before their departure the following morning. To our surprise, the negative and inadequate customer service we received left us wishing we had chosen a different place to dine. Firstly, our server failed to check on us regularly, and even requesting something as simple as water or lemon seemed like an inconvenience. The lemon was carelessly placed on the table in a napkin, directly touching the surface. When we politely asked for a container to hold the lemon, our server responded with disapproval and brought another lemon on a napkin once again. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, we were met with a dismissive attitude from our server's superior, Toni. She attempted to justify our server's behavior by claiming that it would have taken too long to properly plate our lemon, resulting in it being served on a napkin. Despite several party members having experience in the restaurant industry, Toni’s response was a disgrace. She proceeded to say, “ I knew your kind was going to be a problem.” We were astounded by her statement. Toni’s attitude towards us coupled with our server’s attitude is unacceptable in a restaurant business as it’s “bad business.” Toni showed no interest in addressing our concerns and even encouraged us to report her by saying, “ Here is my business card and you can share them with as many people as you would like to report me and I am not going anywhere.” She laughed and told us that we’re ridiculous. To add insult to injury, gratuity was already added to our bill despite the poor service we received. Our experience at this establishment was so negative that we vowed never to return and would discourage friends, families, and even animals from ever visiting as this restaurant does not care for people of color (POC). I recently dined at 21 Steak restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I had the ribeye, which was not only delicious but also cooked to perfection. The flavor was outstanding, and the texture was tender and succulent. The overall dining experience was top-notch, from the ambiance to the service. I would highly recommend 21 Steak to anyone seeking a memorable steakhouse experience. It truly deserves a 5-star rating! We had a perfect night here. My husband took me here to celebrate our anniversary and our pregnancy. The food and mocktails were perfect! I have never felt more special on a night out. This restaurant is exemplary! Food and service absolutely delightful. A special thanks to Toni and Dillon for making my wife and I feel at home. It was as if we have known these fine folks forever. We suggest that after over-eating the scrumptious food and sharing good humor you stroll the adjacent Riverwalk to Union street for shopping. Had great Birthday dinner with my wife Terry! We made reservations a week in advance. Arrived 15 minutes early, Toni greeted us and seated us immediately! I was very impressed from the start. Our waitress, Jade, took our drink and appetite order. ( calamari wedge salad). I ordered the 40oz Tomahawk steak, cooked to perfection! Terry had the Doc's flight filet. A very enjoyable experience. My man took me out to celebrate our one year anniversary here and they really outdid themselves to ensure it was a great experience! Our server was Jade and she honestly would be the only reason i wouldnt give this place a 5 star rating due to her nasty attitude and obvious snide remarks towards me in front of my man. But shortly after the owner (whom im assuming it was at least) was the female in the animal print top and black leather pants came to our table and chatted with us for a few minutes and really showed sincere gratitude for us coming in their for our first time ever to celebrate our anniversary so there is absolutely no way i would be able to give this place anything less than a 5 star rating!! The food was amazingly delicious, the wine was spectacular, the great customer service we received (not from Jade obviously) from other service staff/cooks/and the owner made it one hell of an experience! The decorations were welcoming, the organization was superb, the whole aura was opening, as well as the ambience really set the whole mood for us to have the picture perfect date night! Exceptional!!! Compliments to the chef, kitchen staff, and front of house. My husband brought me here for our 10 yr. Anniversary. Wow!! Everyone is very friendly! The food was excellent— every single item we ordered was delicious!!! They also offer a vegetarian option, and vegan ice cream!! The chocolate cake was heaven!! We enjoyed it very much.
