Once we were seated the service was FABULOUS! Wasn’t too happy with the wait to be seated but after that our waitress, JASMINE (the Ariel Princess) made our experience wonderful! Today we say GOODBYE to what used to be our “FAVORITE” Breakfast place! This morning We arrived at 9:38 was seated rite away.. 10 minutes went by and a waitress finally came and took our drink order.. Then after a few minutes we put In our FIRST food order. I ordered the portobello mushroom Benedict eggs poached HARD. Fiancé ordered The hungries breakfast it comes with two eggs he added a “third” and ordered extra crispy John’s. Food came out.. My eggs were RUNNY far from poached HARD.. He received 2 eggs not 3 his potatoes looked like mashed potatoes instead of John’s potato cooked extra crispy. So our waitress comes over we explain this issue she comes back with the “owner” she says she is going to go in the kitchen and get everything squared away.. At this point my fiancé says he will just do the Same meal as mine only difference is he will take his eggs poached soft instead of hard. The “owner” says she is going to the kitchen and going to talk to the kitchen and make sure it comes out correctly… So we wait another 20 minutes. The waitress along with table busters are apologizing at this point while we are waiting asking if we need anything because we have been there so long and everything is going wrong. Our food comes out a 2nd time My eggs we’re not perfect but I was just going to roll with the punches and not be picky until I looked over at my fiancés plate and realize he’s got a long dark hair mixed in the sauce before he even touched his plate.. At this point It’s been a hour and we are really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because things do happen.. So after the waitress takes the plate with the hair on it to the “owner”, we sit for 10 minutes waiting to see what she says.. The “owner” walks up and says I been busy there’s a lot going on proceeds to look at me and asks me did I even try my food….? My fiancé explains the hair in the food situation and that my eggs are wrong again and even if my food was ok we shouldn’t have to eat at different times because of their mistakes. So she Says ok what can I do to make this situation better for you.. We said we know things happen and we will order our food again, because we normally do not have problems and have been loyal customers since the original location, so she went to the kitchen.. and after another 20/25 minutes we get our food for the 3rd time. Not only are my eggs wrong AGAIN, My fiancé has ANOTHER hair in his food this time it is a short black hair. We ask for the owner once again she comes to the table with the nastiest attitude and my fiancé explains there is yet another hair in a “new” plate after we have sat here over a hr and a half. She replies we aren’t going to be able to serve you today….? I’m absolutely flabbergasted this is really how you handle your establishment. You keep making mistakes and we are trying to work with you and tell you we understand things happen and all you can say after almost 2 hours of a extra terrible experience is that “we can’t serve You” I managed in food for almost 10 years so I totally get things happen but you should be ashamed of yourself. After the second time you should have taken control went to the kitchen and made it your self to make sure it didn’t happen again but instead you as the “owner” let the same thing happen a THIRD time and want to bring your nasty attitude back to the table and say you can’t serve us? Absolutely mind blowing. You should be ashamed to tell anyone you are the owner of any establishment the way you handled things this morning. I highly recommend you seek help with some Customer service classes because you are definitely lacking serious skills. McDonald’s has better service than what we received this morning. My boyfriend and I checked this place out for the first time. The food was good with many options to choose from, but the service needs improved (or at least from the waitressing aspect). We had a short wait to be seated, but our server wasn’t anywhere to be seen for 20 minutes. I think her name was Melanie based on the name on the check, but are unsure as she never told us her name. We almost got up and left because I had to be somewhere at a specific time, and we got there with plenty of time to spare. It wasn’t until past 20 minutes when we got water and never got asked about what we actually wanted to drink. We just settled on the waters that were brought to us by a different worker. I’m guessing they’re brought out for every table? Regardless, we would come back as the food was delicious and came out quickly. Bonus points for the oldies playing through the radio. Wow!! This new location is AMAZING!! Food was amazing but the service was show stopping!!! Lori was our server and was a VIBE!!! Jen, the manager stopped by our table and was such a delight to talk with. The whole staff didn’t stop once. What a great place! Can’t wait to come back!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Way too long of a wait. We were told 20 minutes, and we weren’t seated until 50 minutes later. Servers were really good, but there must not an enough of them because there were still empty tables the whole time we were eating. Food is good but not worth an hour of waiting. Edit…..IMU Usually good breakfast, but I wish you guys would do better with the condiments, the weekends are better about having you’re condiments together but during the week I’m always missing something and my Greek omelet order with EXTRA FETA CHEESE was very disappointing to say the least chicken dry, no feta, and NOTHING WAS INSIDE EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING was OUTSIDE the omelet 🤔
