So happy Redlands finally has a great downtown wine bar with a fantastic food program ! One of my favorite spots in town, nice owners too. Enjoy their fig salad or their sweet potato salad (depending upon the season). Delicious salmon entree, always great desserts and wine recommendations are usually spot on too. Always enjoy great customer service, during the rare occasion when something wasn’t to my liking, the server would quickly switch it out or offer to take it off our bill at the first mention. Owners have been very generous to local charities, several of which I’ve either attended or organized. My favorite time at Uncorked is dining with them for their Sunday brunch !
