Ordered hot matcha latte. Cute latte art, but tastes like zero sugar and very strong matcha. Not exactly my cup of tea. Ordered rose hojicha frap too, came in quite a small cup. Not very worth RM14, especially when need to add on RM1+ for whipped cream :( Only good point is that WiFi is free and fast, alot of seating with plugpoint. Good to study, do some work or have a chat with friends, but it can get quite noisy since it's right in the middle, like at one of the concourse area of the mall. The coffee ☕ @Union Artisan Coffee @SCM is aromatic and crisp. The cakes are delicious. The cakes are not too sweet just the way I like them. Service crew are very friendly carrying a smile at all points of contact with the customer. Prices may be a tad more when compared with similar businesses ; but the location... that's fantastic, coupled with good service and great ambience in an Open Air concept minus the noise make it a great place to enjoy your coffee or even work or have a meeting. Located right at the centre between the old and new wings of the mall. Very strategic location under the central ceiling. The circular layout has a good number of seats with variations in tables. Good for doing work or just to chill out. Coffee and cake are alright, not exceptional. The yum-cha deal between 2-5pm is of reasonable deal to grab a cake and a coffee. Staff has a lack of warmth. Finally decided to try their latte. It was mental! Love the tatse. Realised their latte art last a while even cup almost empty. Great job guys!
