Excellent quality products and always clean. Only gripe is that the manager (large young woman in her 20’s I think?) is consistently complaining about coworkers, customers, and her job every single time I come into the store. Only a small problem though, service is still generally very good and the rest of the staff are polite and friendly.
Well jaxson was awesome. Super busy and he was doing dipside and cashier by himself. The older lady was more worried about the coffee than the lines at both counters. So sad he had to work double hard so she didn't have to do anything!
This UDF usually(almost always) has exactly what I need. From hand-dipped icecream to maybe even picking up a few things for home. The store is always very clean considering how busy it gets during the evening hours, and the employees are very friendly and efficient with service!
I was going to buy a $8 cigar but they wouldn't let me use the cutter they have right there with the cigars or cut it for me supposedly they can only sell the cutters so instead of making the $8 they lost out and Ill stop at BP on my way through in the future. Bad service kills business.
Accidentally dropped my driver license there on Halloween night after trick or treating with my daughter. Called the next day asked if they had it then then asked if there was anyway if I could come get it on Sunday because it was a far distance to drive and I wouldn’t be that way till then. Sunday came I called because I was having car troubles asked them if I could Please come on Tuesday, the girl said that was fine I apologized for the inconvenience and thanked them for holding it for me. Tuesday I get there and the clerk told me his manager shredded it yesterday. I had constant communication with them about what was going on and they seemed understanding if they would of told me it was at risk of getting shredded I would of figured out a way to get it. When I told the clerk I was upset because I had just talked to someone and drove all the way out there to get it he told me “they are only 20 dollars” it was extremely rude and the whole situation was just awful. I will never give UDF my business again. Will definitely be sharing this story with others about this “local, family owned business” very disappointed.
My mom and took my niece's there Aug20th around 7ish, for ice cream. The girls and I went in, we all had mask on, I ordered, 2 cones and 3 shakes, but I'm also hard of hearing and have a breathing problem, when I go to speak I pull my mask down a little, it's a habit, because I don't think they hear me because I have trouble hear I g them, anyway when I went to pay the girl was extra rube telling me she can hear me through my mask, after I sled it down to speak, plus I was a good 7 ft or more away from her and if that wasn't enough she told me I was doing my credit card wrong, but in the end I was doing it right, I'll go to the UDF on Bauer or Batavia for now on...#I don't have to wear a mask if I have a breathing problem
I live in owensville and go to udf everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. The guy that works tjere named Billie always gives me a problem when i go in. It started a month ago when he said the card reader wasn't working which it apparently was because it deducted the money from my card. Billie said it did not go through so i did not get my merchandise but was charged. I went back and told him and he was very rude and said it never went through. Well i tried to show him where tjemoney was deducted from my card but still insisted i wasn't charged which i was.
Want coffee?? Go somewhere else!!! Out of all the people who are there every morning, all but one are lazy!! Coffee is always out and they are always in the back room. Never seen such a terrible location with so many complaints every morning from so many customers.
