GOT TO COME HERE best food and staff there is.The pizza is the best deep dish most can not finish in one night.They also have steaks,pasta and other foods you must try we fly up to eat here on our trips.... 12/11/2023:update Came back home for a few days HAD to come to UNO pizza Great service great staff restaurant is always clean. Staff is always polite along with the customers. Great food can actually taste the ingredients of the food. We decided to try this pizza place because pizza is my favorite food. The waitresses are young and hung out together in the back room. Some eating and others on their phones. We got our pizza. Half pepperoni and half pepperoni and hamburger. After eating a couple of slices I noticed that their was paper/plastic stuck on the hamburger on one piece. We told waiter and she offered a free dessert. She had no idea what to do. Probably telling her manager would of been the appropriate thing to do and we shouldn't of had to pay for our pizza. 7/5/22 Took a while to be seated even though the restaurant was empty, the hostess was nowhere to be found. Once seated, the service was below average. The food was good as usual, butmy drink was sad… there was hardly any Shirley in my temple :( The service took away from the overall experience. My children and I were seated close enough to the kitchen to overhear staff arguing and swearing back and forth.

UNO’s Framingham: haven’t been to this restaurant in a year so we decided to go as our last experience was good. We arrived around 8:30pm. Tables were cluttered with dishes and food remains. No one met us or seated us, so we found a table and sat near the bar. Three young waitresses, bartender and supposed manager were huddled at the other end of the bar chatting, laughing and carrying on. We waited 15 minutes with no service. No si much as a “Hi, we’ll be right there” (nothing). The restaurant wasn’t very busy maybe 3 other tables. I addressed my concern to the guy identified as a manager. He said that I was being unreasonable and that we had just sat down (not true). He was rude and abrupt. I think he was trying to empress the waitresses. We left disappointed at what used to be a decent place. Went to another establishment for late dinner. Customer service should come first over employee socialization.

This restaurant used to be a lot better, but it's gone seriously downhill. The food was decent, tough I've had better there in the past. It may have just been a one off thing, but it's no longer on my list of favorites, as there are better options out there. Our service here, however, was frustrating. It wasn't crowded, but the server took forever to get to us. I have no idea what they were doing when not waiting on their two tables, and I do know servers have side work and the like, but the slow pace was bordering neglectful. Waiting for her to be close enough to flag them down was frustrating at best. It wouldn't take much to be a little more attentive and not leave us sitting with untouched plates for so long while waiting on a box and our check. The person I was dining with had finally decided to get up and find someone when the server finally came by. While I can understand when a place is busy, it was slow, so there was no excuses to forget about us so long. Went to order a pizza walked in talked to a young lady told her I wanted whatever the square pizza. thats the style I wanted confirmed it with her 4 times. Then i go in to pick up my pizza and it was the round deep dish pizza not what I wanted. Come one your employees can't even place an order for the correct style of pizza after she confirmed with me 4 time. It's like your employees don't even know the menu. It's shameful I will not be going to this unos again. Service Take out Service: 1

Sat down right away at 6:30 pm on a Thursday night. Waitress very warm and welcoming. Food came quickly and was popping hot. A large bus group came in and filled the place. The waitress told us not to worry our order was already placed before the bus load of people came in. Atmosphere nice. Not too noisy. We were a party of 3 and everyone enjoyed their meal. The place was empty at 3:45 pm. Questioned the garlic/parmsesan wings only an oily dressing. Bartender was way to load explaining this was how they did wings Gave bartender/ waitress bonus number on entry, said she'd ad it when we cashed out, didn't happen. When we reminded her she got very load again said she'd give the points to us, came back says she added them to my bonus points. When checking bonus points did not receive the points. Still nobody in building at 4:30 pm no reason to shout at customers.
