We came across this place as a vendor at two different farmers markets. We ordered quite a bit of items. The lemon scones were ok I wish it had a stronger lemon flavor and the icing was a bit sweeter. The chocolate cupcake dried up quickly and the icing got hard. The cheesecake was absolutely tasty. The favorite item was the walnut brownies. They are just delectable. We are definitely enjoying the products. They don't have have the typical healthy taste. We will continue to keep getting these and trying others. There are tons of options so if getting from the farmers market, get there early to get your choice.The staff at the markets have been super sweet and making suggestions and not pushy which is just another added bonus !

I found what I've been looking for! The blessings of a Keto Diet calling. No restrictions! No Checking for "How many Carbs?"! They do it for you! Specifically labeled with all the counts you need. Also, Great Explanations of what they use to make the Food Items and delicious snacks. Amazing Help, Clean Area, Ordering in Store or Online, I'm Hooked! I literally wanted to buy everything in the store 😅🙏. I'm very please about everything. I'm definitely coming again. Wish a Peoria location is in the future ♡ My Jalapeño Corn Bread almost didn't make it home 🤣

I got some of their baked good at a art/ craft fair and they were not good. My friend did not enjoy them either. We both have had many keto and gluten free baked goods and the muffins especially where heavy and dense and not moist at all. We will not buy from here again. I should have known when they were not giving samples. I bake at home too and my keto and gluten free baked goods are much better tasting. Lesson learned. I love this place. I have diabetes and because of this place, I can eat things I thought I would not be able to eat again. Yes, I know that it is made out of different ingredients than normal. However, you would never know! Thank you, Valley Keto! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Keto friends! You won't be disappointed. Fairly priced compared to similar bakeries that offer keto. The only difference here vs what I'm used to is the portion/package. At another family owned bakery, they sell individually servings for 4-5bucks. This place sells 4 servings per package for 10-12 bucks.

I just moved to this area and kept passing by this vision of heaven. Finally today I tried it and I am hooked!! I suffer from hypoglycemia and am sensitive to sugar so this is a life saver. I can finally have a sweet life and get joy back. Today I tried the chocolate donuts, lemon ricotta scones, lemon poppy seed loaf, focaccia bread and I loved every bite of everything!!!💞💖❤️ I will be recommending this place to my diabetic family members as well as everyone else I know! Gluten-free sugar-free grain-free but not delicious free! This is by far the best Christmas present I could have ever gotten!!!💖

I’m sad I just found this place today, and not last year when I moved to surprise. The lady that helped me was very generous, helpful, and had a great attitude. As for the food, so freaking good. I got the key lime cheesecake, you couldn’t even tell it was low carb. This is going to be a new go to spot for me for when I eat out.

Love me some Valley Keto. They’re always super friendly and I really enjoy most of what I’ve tried. Keto is very different in that it’s not as sweet as most processed food but it also doesn’t have questionable ingredients that can and will eventually cause disease. The owner and employees that work there seem very well versed in this and have the ability to explain it well based on what I’ve witnessed. As a health coach, I can appreciate that and also appreciate being able to have these treats available for occasional consumption. I wish we had more options like this.

I tried the pumpkin scones not a fan. It burned the roof of my mouth and it was not hot! Something in the ingredients did not agree with my taste buds!! I almost called for a refund but whatever. I hope the second item I purchased taste good! Staff is friendly each time I stop in so that is nice.
