I ordered 2 sweet chili wraps with no feta last night, I got home and they both had feta. Your line is not going though and you are not answering your emails so I had to leave a review. I haven’t eaten the food as evidenced but the longer it takes for you to get back to me the more the food will rot and I still want my refund or the correct order regardless. The first time this happened the guy who answered the phone when I tried to place an order tried to convince me to take feta because you have the best feta in town, please don’t do that I know what’s best for me and if I say I do not want feta I do not want it. Service is trash 20% of the time. Like if I buy something cheaper than yours, and let's say I buy it first, they could serve you first even though I bought food before you. Which has happened quite a few times. But other than that everything is wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Was always a big fan will never support them again. Ive spent a large amount of money and supported for four years, but tonight was the last time. I ordered a biltong and cheese quesadilla even on the slip it said biltong just to get a chicken mayo quesadilla. And i hate mayonnaise. My gf ordered grilled chicken strips without sauce. The person working at the counter was extremely rude and asked "but chips or not" and my girlfriend repeated she does not want sauce. Just to recieve grilled chicken strips with sauce. My sister ordered just after us and a bunch of people cut in line before her just for no one to say anything. Even the person at the counter saw this. Worst of all we waited a hour and a half. This isnt the first time this year weve had bad service, ive also had in the start of this year , but i stayed cause i love the food. This is a 24/7 cafe where you get good quality food and friendly staff, it is not far from the University if you quickly need something to eat. They have a lot of options on their menu and drinks such as milkshake and slushies. Best priced food in town. Great taste & price. Used to be "fast food" but since 2021 you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes AFTER placing your order. Open 24/7. Food tastes great and is cheap. Is very close to the university campus. Every single time I have been there the service was terrible, rude service. I have not once waited shorter than about 30 minutes. I think it's only really worth it if you're drunk and have no concept of time. The go-to if you're looking for proper South African café/fast food like chips and dip, soft serve ice cream, etc. Extremely affordable, too. The shop obviously also stocks the basics. Yes, yes and yes! This is the place to be and buy at, when you are in Potch. Do not skip a visit to this restaurant/food market when roaming around the Bult; I promise that you won't regret the visit. The food the chefs prepare is fresh, delicious and they are not stingy with chips portion. My favourite is their R20 small chips(fries). The portion is quite adequate for R20 definitely worth the buy! I would always also buy energy drinks from the market which helped me throughout my studies. Their milkshakes are also delicious! I believe that they are truly there to serve students and community at large. I have left Potch now, but I wish the business all the best! Varsity Cafe still gives me my student days feel, even though it was more than 10 years ago. It still gives me that unexplainable feeling, everytime I passby Potchefstroom- I have to take a stop here. It has a new, fresh and good look. 👍 they serve the best chips 🍟 enough for your money 💰. It's a very great atmosphere 👌🏻 👍... the staff is very friendly. If there is a fast food shop that has to consider franchising, it's definitely this one.
