Nice airport wine bar serving a pretty good selection of world wines by the glass, including some flights. The food selection looks nice, though the portion of the pasta dish I had was a little small. Friendly staff.

It's pricey but you have decent choices. Red/white house wines are $12. Meal choices are pretty much all appetizers. Pricey but really good. Service was impeccable.
Atmosphere: it's in an airport...you know what to expect.

Cute, cozy little wine bar in the airport. The woman who was working Christmas Eve (2022) was super friendly and the bar itself is very modern and comfortable. My flight was delayed repeatedly, so this spot was perfect to relax and wait it out.
I tried the Sommeliers Choice and the truffle
Popcorn, both of which were very good.
I could have definitely sat there for longer- I didn’t even feel like I was in an airport!
Wine selection is fine but the food is disappointing. I ordered arugula salad with tuna, they poured can tuna over arugula. They poured all the salt on top of the salad; I couldn’t even finish. Wine prices are around $18-25.

The burrata with prosciutto is a fantastic airport meal. Simple, tasty, light, and fresh. I love that they have tasting flights and sell bottles.
Minus one star purely for the 4% "gratuity". Just raise your prices. I wouldn't have ordered any less/different, it's just extremely frustrating getting to the bill and everything being higher than expected. Especially when it clearly states that it doesn't go to the servers.
One of the weirdest airport interactions I’ve had in all my years of flying. I ordered a very basic Salad, Arugula with lemonoil, parmesan, and canned tuna. It came covered in black pepper. I told the server I don’t like black pepper, especially not on salads. She told me to eat it cause she didn’t want to throw away a whole plate of food. I tried to, as she was being difficult, but could not (have a slight allergy to black pepper) so asked for the bill and I told her its not normal to put black pepper on salads with out asking. She then proceeded to gaslight me and say thats normal and i probably just never noticed before! Paid $23. Went and ordered a salad at a Republic bar around the corner, asked the bartender, please no black pepper, to which he replied “ Why would there be black pepper on it?!” So I shared my Vino Volo experience, to which he replies “thats crazy.” And yes, it was. A complete waste of my time & money and the food. Such an awful dining experience that I’m writing my 1st google review ever.

If youre standing in line for Subway, remember you can have corporate food anywhere. Instead try Vino Volo and regret nothing. The prices are excellent for quality of eating expierence. The salads and sandwiches are unequivicle. This place is a GEM at gate H.

Friendly counter attendants and GREAT coffee like Americanos, latte, etc. and none of the wait like Caribou and Starbucks. Near the C concourse around gate 9.
I usually hate airport-based restaurants and wineries, but the customer service here was solid. Minnesota isn’t known for wine (the winters are too harsh), but the venue here was pleasant to visit while waiting for my flight.
