I had an amazing experience at Vivix Restaurant and Lounge. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The Latin cuisine was absolutely delicious. The best part is they offer both a great dine-in experience and a lively nightlife experience in the rear end of the venue. Plus, the availability of hookah adds to the fun atmosphere. Great time. It was my first time there for a day party, where a friend of a friend got a table for her birthday. DJ was perfect! The food was good, people were a good time. I have no complaints. The ventilation system must be good as well, I'm not a hookah person, and they were smoking, and it didn't bother me. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Was cool until I got charged $45 for hookah and then $35 for fresh coals and + $5 for flavor. {$40 for a refill) (I'll post the receipt soon) so basically, I paid twice for a hookah that was used once. For coals. Nahhh, never again.. Price per person $100+ Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. I ordered the lobster and gnocchi and got something that MIGHT be lobster and spaghetti. There was not one gnocchi in sight and when I told the waitress, she didn’t understand at first and then said it was mixed in the pasta. The waitress didn’t even understand English and what we ordered, even though we pointed at the menu and showed her and the items were in Spanish as well. She did not even put in my partner’s order even though the rest of us were eating. They over charged for drinks when there were mixed drinks for $12-$14 each and then they charged extra for 4 $3 cans of pineapple juices when they were part of the drinks. This was the most horrible service, the food was mid and took forever. I will NEVER come back to this establishment again. My partner never got his food that he ordered. Service Dine in Service: 1
