Very friendly and attentive staff. Good music, good vibes. Nice outdoor seating. Good place to hangout with friends. Italian restaurant with an extensive menu, pizzas could be better though.

Great, lively little restaurant/bar just behind Avenida Mao Tse Tung. Good music playing and a youthful, lively crowd of fashionable people to watch and hang out with.....also reasonably priced beers on tap and in bottles, with friendly and attentive service. PLUS the food is great......I'd purposefully avoided pizza joints, in favour of searching for Mozambique food, but seems COVID has caused many places to close - so I ended up attracted by the liveliness of Volare. The Philly Cheese Calzone I ordered was FANTASTIC......so good I immediately ordered a second to share......very RECOMMENDED!!!!
