Nothing like the advertising. Not a healthy option. High fructose corn syrup generic syrups for their "protein bowls." The chicken got microwaved too long and my "veggies" were tossed on the bowl still cold (the kind of veggies your grandparents get served in the nursing home). The dumplings were soggy and flacid. The "ribeye" they advertise is more of an "unidentified meat shaving." Save yourself the disappointment and just go to Panda Express next door. Not what I was expecting and very unimpressed. Terrible seating environment, not welcoming at all. Music is too loud, lights make you feel like you're in the ER waiting room. They put everything in single use plastic like they're personally trying to cover the beach in trash. This place is a joke. Trying to trademark "Eat Smart Be Healthy" while serving hot garbage. From all the reviews for restaurants near LAX, it looks like folks should save themselves the money and the pollution and just go hungry for a couple hours. So my husband has eaten at a different Waba restaurant before and brought me to this location since we were in the area. I’m from Tampa and have never eaten here before. I thought the amount of food I received for the cost was really good. I had the steak and chicken rice bowl. I didn’t really care for the taste I didn’t like the sauce. The most awkward encounter with the young lady cashier. I tell her that I want a rice bowl. She asked me am I OK??? I was so confused so I asked her what did she say and she said "I asked if you're okay because you look sad" still very confused. I didn't know I was sad lol... I also don't feel that I need to be happy to order a rice bowl... I also didn't know that this location offered free therapy with an order of rice. I said nothing back, just walked out without ordering. I don't know if this lady is always like this but it's such a weird thing to ask a customer. I wasn't crying or anything I wasn't even rude. I hope management talks to her about how to greet customers

The food doesn't look at all like the photos on the menu. We didn't care for this at all. We won't go back to any location. The chicken breast was gull of fat and grizzle. Both my wife and I asked for the fried wontons but the waitress didnt hear wither of us! This place smells like raw meat. It's Hella stuffy in here, like dirty mop water. I ordered two chicken bowls, and the food was subpar. My chicken was like shredded chicken? and it was raw.. Had placed an online order and had missing item. Did not want to go back so I call to see if I could get a refund. But because it was online I could not get that it would be going back and either get the item missing or the refund. This place was nice and clean. I came in here because Panda Express was too crowded. The Lady was nice and service was fast. I ordered a bowl of brown rice with teriyaki chicken for 7 bucks. It was yummy, would return. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
