We stopped at 2 other waffle houses before we came to this one and left the other ones bc they were not the vibe and were crowded with short staff with long waits. This WaHo is off the chain. Music bumping when we walked in. Everyone said hello, even the chef, they were fully staffed and we were seated promptly on a Sunday. Our sever was phenomenal and efficient! The food was perfect and came out fast. 10 out of 10 stars. There was a large party of 8 people that came in behind us and they even got taken care of promptly! Would recommend this location and we will drive out of the way to go to this spot! I’m pretty sure I’ve already left this review but let me tell you hands down this is “DABEST” service staff and experience you will ever find! This is one of the best waffle houses around. The food is consistent and the crowd is friendly. Sky has been our server a few times and they’re always amazing. Same goes for the rest of the staff. Not gunna lie this place for sure shocked me we don’t have many waffle houses around me in Michigan ihop is more of the thing, which every ihop I have been to has provided some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. However this Waffle House would be a regular for me if I lived in the area the service and food both times I visited were top notch! Thanks to the team for making it a great experience for us!!! Fast, friendly and most of all really good food. Waffle House gets it right in general and this one is an excellent example of getting it right. I had an All Star for dinner tonight and it was delightful. The staff was very friendly and greeted me when I came in the door. I ordered at the counter and my food was out in around 5 minutes. OMYGOODNESS!!! EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS 😍🤩!! The customer service was excellent and the food was amazing! I LOVE grits and while we were visiting from out of town I ate grits from there about 3 days!! I would definitely visit them again if we're in that area!! The food was good it's was made quickly. My server Rachel was awesome and very attentive to myself and the other customers. It got busy real fast and she handled the crowd by herself impressively. The white gentleman with the sunglasses is rude, lacks professionalism, and should probably find a new job. I called in to place an order before i went to work and i showed up to pick my order. When i showed up it was light and not busy at all with one cook lady. I proceed to the front counter and asked for my order. He is like i just got in and i have not taken any mobile order. I was like are you serious and he continued to play dumb. I was like let me call the number i called because it might be a different location and i called and the phone rang in front of him.
