This was one of my best experiences at a waffle house… ever!!! not only was everyone friendly, but the coffee was hot and fresh , my waffles were fluffy and the food came out quickly. Cassie did a great job of making sure I had what I needed and one of the chefs even checked on me as he passed by to make sure everything was to my liking. The other notable quality of this particular restaurant was the teamwork. They all made sure that the full restaurant was being serviced, orders were in properly (three-way communication) and just a really good chemistry amongst the five members that I saw this awesome team. One lady took particular care with a veteran who came in and had some trouble speaking. She was so kind and patient and making sure he got exactly what he wanted for breakfast. Keep up the great work I will definitely be back when I am in town. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

Service was slow even though not a single customer in restaurant at the time. Food was crappy at best. Couldn't get a refill on coffee to save my life. Had to ask repeatedly for the rest of my meal to be brought to me. All this even though there was 4 cooks and 4 waitresses on the clock. Alexis my waiter tonight gave me the best experience ever the whole crew was making it amazing and they were all friendly and so great to us ! This was the best night i had at this waffle house ! The cook/manager is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills. Not only was he rude to us as customers but was also rude to the poor waitress. The waitress accidentally put down an extra plate of bacon on our table and he was yelling at her over it then said “charge them for it.” So when she came back to the table I let her know that she could take it back we had not eaten it. Then I’m pretty sure he took that bacon from our table and gave it to another customer which in food service is a no no. You don’t berate your coworkers in front of everyone and you most definitely don’t try to charge someone extra for a mistake that was made by your establishment. Ordered over the phone for pick up. Did not get my blueberry waffle or my loaded hash browns. Tried to call back to get the issue worked out, no one answered the phone. Not pleased at all Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1
