This location is beyond a lost cause. It is constantly unstocked, selling expired, moldy food, and employees unwilling to help and constantly on FaceTime or on their phone. They even sell completely molded, unrecognizable dog bones. It's illegal! This used to be the best Walmart, even better than Madison's location. Now, they're all equally as terrible. I have tried to hold out hope that there would be change, but I cannot any longer. Aldi's products are ultimately better quality and price, and Kroger is still a better option even when most things cost slightly more than at Walmart. Complete disappointment.
I recently visited Walmart to return an unworn Halloween costume and makeup, both in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Despite the items’ clear unused condition, I was informed that store policy prohibits returns of holiday items post-celebration, citing difficulties in verifying their unused status. However, upon contacting Walmart’s corporate office, I was told that such items should indeed fall under the standard 30-day return policy. This inconsistency in policy application at the store level led to a disappointing and inconvenient experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Walmart. The store was disorganized, and finding assistance was nearly impossible. The checkout lines were long, and the staff seemed indifferent to customers' concerns. On top all those negative points, today was the reason for this review. The citywide boil water notice (or least that’s what it seemed to be) closed down the customer service desk and I couldn’t return some merchandise (clothing) that I had bought previously. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience.
I was just outside for a pick up order, but there was covered parking. Hhhwhat!? First time I've encountered this at any Walmart and it made me feel like a total baller.

Ms Katy an employee was extremely kind and patient to assist me for someone else. This was my 1st time in the store unfamiliar with layout bcuz an ederly lady asked me about body oil. I didn't know where so I found Ms Katy. She helped her. I thk the Lord her humility. 😊

I was supposed to have a delivery for groceries yesterday (1p-2p), but after hours of delay they gave me the option to pick it up. I showed up during the selected time (7p-8p), and they had issues finding my ordered. I could see them inside looking, and they found it in a grocery cart by the door. They moved all the items over to the blue pick up bins and loaded them in my car. I drove the 5 minutes to my house and unloaded the groceries. The majority of them were cold or dairy items and a couple frozen items. Nothing was cold. All of my frozen items were defrosted. All the refrigerated items were warm as if they sat out all day. I tried doing a refund via the app, but couldn’t because staff failed to mark the order as picked up. I called the flowood Walmart multiple times throughout the day and couldn’t get a person on the phone no matter which option I chose. I called the Walmart help desk and they couldn’t process the refund because it wasn’t picked up either and told me to call the store again. Magically after getting off the phone, the order was marked as picked up. I began to do the refund process in the app and when I submitted it, it informed me that I was going to have to return the food items. I think it’s absurd for me to bring back spoiled food more than 24 hours after pick up especially since none of this is my fault. Why should I be the one that has to waste my time and gas to return food that they can’t sell?! I tried calling the store again and finally got someone in customer service to answer after 3x. I told her what happened and she tried to forward me to the pick up dept. I told her I just called them twice and no one answered. She still forwarded me and surprise… they didn’t answer. When I called back (hoping to get the same person) no one answered. I tried 3 more times again after that. It’s an absolute joke that no one will answer the phone and all the help desk says is to call the store. I absolutely do not trust bringing these items back to the store. They clearly had no issues letting them sit out and then still give them to me, so what is stopping them from putting them right back on the shelves?! Absolute joke.

I really dislike the workers here bunch lazy teenagers they hiring. All with ugly attitude. We are literally paying for our stuffs and you are getting paid to do your job. And I'm talking about the once from the pick-up section. Not inside the store.

If I could give them less than one star I would. If u value your property don't let them deliver anything to UR house unless it's by fed ex. One of their drivers attached the delivery to the handle of my storm door and DAMAGED it! I called customer service and they said she would be fired and I would be reimbursed for the damage. Lies. 2 people in wal mart claims have called and could care less.. The pic the driver CARRIE COLLINS TOOK OF THE DELIVERY CLEARLY SHOWS THE BAGGED ITEM FROM WAL MART ATTACHED TO MY DOOR. I SPENT OVER 200 DOLLARS ON IT AND PAID 200 FOR INSTALLATION. THERE EXCUSE IS THAT THESE ARE INDEPENDENT DRIVER'S. Ok?? And they are spark drivers and hired by Wal-Mart. 10 dollar item as it sounded like she was tearing into my home. They don't care and the door was very difficult for me to get DUE to shortages on glass and metal Not to mention getting someone to install it when everyone is working from home including PEOPLE TAKING THE CLAIM. I KNOW THEY HAVE LIABILITY TO COVER THIS.

Ever since they lost their manager Alan, the place has declined. Employees are short with the customers and normally aren’t very helpful. It’s dirtier and the grocery selections have gotten worse. Harder to find the items I have bought in the past years. Having to go to Kroger and Aldis to find what I need. My opinion, they need to fire the current manager and start over.
