Curbside pick up: Be sure to arrive before 3 PM in order to avoid extended wait time. I appreciate the good customer service, being notified about Substitutions prior to pick up. Review is for Beaumont location only. Port Arthur location would get a 1 star.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life for literally no reason. The woman that answered the pharmacy phone kept me on hold for 25 minutes and then proceeded to yell at me because every time I tried to tell her my phone number she cut me off and then got pissed off at ME because she didn't get the number. I was very polite and she was unbelievably rude. People don't get prescriptions for fun things so when we call it's because we NEED them. There is NO reason for someone to act like that over the phone. Ridiculous.

There was a young lady from baton rouge that checked me and my wife out. She was really really nice, cheerful and very helpful. I hate Walmart because there are no cashiers only self checkout. I don't work for Walmart so I shouldn't have to check myself out. But she made my visit a good one

Decent, parking lot always smells like something.... Staff have all been friendly. It's usually pretty stocked.

I will never come here for groceries again. 3 times in a row I’ve had expired and produce that was in the rotting process. I gave them grace the first two times because they were curbside orders and the workers didn’t care to pick quality items. So for the last time I shopped myself, Watermelon, water, and a few snacks. When i cut open the watermelon it was squishy and had a meat like material. I opened a pack of Reese’s and they’re all ashy and white so I checked the date and they expired 3 months ago! Another time I bought fish filets and they were fragile and falling apart ! I’ll stick with HEB from now on, never had any problems there.

I am not a Walmart fan. I don't feel safe from the parking lot, in the store and walking back to my car. There are too many strange people just hanging out.

This store being the only Walmart near me, it suffices as far as inventory. The downside is too many thefts. And like most honest shoppers agree, it is so frustrating to have cosmetics behind the glass. And good luck finding an attendant immediately available that's courteous. I'm sure they hate it as well. Sad state our country is in. Very sad 😢

It was very busy but that's to be expected around this time of year. The experience was good. Lots of Lanes were open and the cashier was very nice.

All I would say is that there is not a great selection of clothes for women and not a good selection of shoes at all. The food section is awesome. The deli is not so good. The food is always rubbery and hard and the workers at the deli (blk females) have not so good attitudes. You shouldn't be dealing with the public if you have nasty attitudes and can't properly greet your customers. 🤷🏻

I will say, I love the service that Trudy gave today to help me. I was looking for some medicine and she help me found it, she’s so sweet and super nice, she deserves a raise.
