A week and a half into my Mexico trip, I was craving some comfort food. And for me, nothing delivers comfort more than noodles. I'm so glad I found Wang Tulum. The noodles and dumplings are super fresh and tasty. We had the pork dumplings. If you can't tolerate spice, ask for less/no chili oil. We'll definitely return. I highly recommend this place. What a hidden gem in Tulum! Legit dumplings and noodles that are reasonably priced. Wish they did delivery because we could have eaten this several times during our stay. We tried every dish except the dumplings with soy sauce and must say all our recommended! We had the vegan chilli oil dumplings and the shanghai noodle soup with pork dumplings and they were both absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable and the man who took our order was friendly and spoke very good English. If you are looking for real Chinese food come here! Food is over the top, but prepare to wait for a while, especially at the evening. It’s not a fancy place, more a fast food experience. Firstly, I am a Chinese from China. I just travelled here and saw this spot and found out its name is same as my last name lol. I came here and tried the shanghai noodle soup and dumplings, I have to say it’s good’ Even though its not as real shanghai noodle soup ( a bit lighter and sweeter) but it’s good!!! the way they use green onions and cilantro and chili to cook is same as chinese restaurant. Super delicious Chinese food! Yum yum yum! I was very happy with their food and the chef is absolutely incredible!!! However the portion size is very small and we had to go to burger king afterwards to buy some fries. I would have given 5 stars ⭐ but because of the size of the meal and the staff giving us the wrong change after we realized till we got home, I have given 4 stars instead. Upon reading all the reviews, I wanted to try this place out. The dumplings were excellent however noodle and broth were both a let down. In particular the seaweed noodle was the only non spicy dish our kids could eat, unfort it didn’t have flavour whatsoever- almost inedible. The upside was the service and price. Very enjoyable meal, albeit a bit sweaty if you come for lunch - though…rustic, feels a bit like being in Asia. Authentic homemade hand pulled noodles and dumplings with fragrant chilli oil — not too spicy. The portions feel a little small but if you order a few things, you leave feeling comfortable. The other reviews are spot on - the coffee is really good!!!!! The matcha latte was also great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
