The food was great as always. My only complaint is that the cook 1) handles the buns bare handed 2) handles money and doest wash hands after before he handles the next bun barehanded!!! 3) uses the same utensil to put on onions and relish without rinsing it in between. (Cross contamination) 4) wipes hands on dirty apron and continues handling buns bare handed All of these actions are sooo against safe food handling guidelines and could cause someone to get sick. Came here to get chili cheese fries and dogs like we love at their other location and they don't serve fries. No thank you. Your hot dogs are good but not that good. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Wasses are the best hotdogs in the world. Been eating them for over 40 years.. have not found anything close. We stop whenever we get to midcoast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent hotdogs! A great place to stop and get food. Good prices. Wasses Hotdogs have been a very popular spot for many years for good reason - the hotdogs are delicious. The Thomaston site doesn't sell fries but has a better selection of drinks. Cash and local checks- no credit cards.
