I had to give him a one-star on everything this is my first time here and for five employees at 9:50 p.m. to pick up a delivery order that was completely ignored and had just begun as I arrived and mentioned it to the staff. I'd have to say management team was here but all of them agreed to do nothing as they were sitting there conversating amongst each other. Not only was a purchase order ignored but there was a lot to do in the store rather than talk amongst each other while being paid Service Delivery Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

2/25 update: Ordering lunch here takes forever. They tend to be very slow to make things. No real sense of urgency. It's usually the same guy here everytime who is the lead culprit. Also avoid coming here after school let's out!! Everytime I come here there is ALWAYS someone who wants cigarettes, a specific type they don't have or they cant find. Line is always long. They have self checkouts now which help a lot. Food is fine here but beware of the long lines anytime of the day. I love wawa. I wish they still made their pizza because that's pretty much the only thing I ordered to eat there since everything else just isn't as good anymore for some reason. I still love the convenience of a quick stop in the morning if need be. The staff at this location is nice except for the one heavy-set woman at night who always tells me there's no stuffed pretzels at 9:15 because they ovens get turned off at 9. She's not very nice when she tells you that. This location is also a bit on the older side so it's not the cleanest.

Wawa Never has much coffee! I though Coffee was Wawa's biggest profit item. Used to be great until management changed recently. Decaf, and other coffees are closed most of the time.. I asked an associate if I could buy a cup of decaf. He said he'd have to ask the manager. He said, the benefit of no decaf is the Coffee pots are clean. Really? Deplorable customer service. They can have their clean, empty coffee pots. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I love Wawa! They have Atm machines and you do not receive a surcharge. I purchase oatmeal and raisins everyday and the employees are always nice and friendly. Sometimes I buy a hash brown. When I need gas, its inexpensive. The only thing is I am not that thrilled with the coffee. It has a funny aftertaste to me. I love Dunkin' coffee!!! But other than that, it is super convenient. I also like to purchase scratch offs for my mom. I have just started using the lottery machine and its great! But some WAwa's all of a sudden, have discontinued the lottery, I don't know what thats about! Thank goodness, not at all of the Wawa's!!

So, on Thursday 10/22 I went to this location to order a big thing of coffee for a luncheon at my sisters house. My grandmother passed away and instead of going to a restaurant after the cemetery, we decided to have a small luncheon at a family members house. The woman behind the counter complained openly and loudly about having to make “so many drinks”. She’s “only one person.” And “why do these people keep ordering drinks, she’s been there since 430am.” It was INCREDIBLY inappropriate and unprofessional. If you need to vent, do it in the back out of earshot of customers. I didn’t ask for my grandmother to die. I’d much rather not have needed to be there ordering coffee for 15 people. Girlfriend needs a course in how to be professional at work and not make rude insensitive comments. I have a feeling other customers may have their own stories about her as well.

Please go back to the old coffee canisters. These new bigger ones, are weaker and taste different.
