The staff in this facility is so ghetto and not organized I was waiting for my food, and this lady was so hype asking can I help you with something common sense should have told her that I was waiting for my food because that’s where you wait at, she asked me like I was bothering her so I got a refund! I will never spend my money in a facility where I don’t feel like I’m appreciated or disrespected at so many other professional places. I don’t think I’ll ever shop at Wawa again I know the employees don’t make any money but that’s the profession they chose go to school and get a better job. I definitely don’t recommend this location. You have to go outside deep deep deep in the county you now to receive better service these people they just hired from the welfare office.

I've been dieing for a Wawa, Live in Las Vegas now. The Sandwich 🥪🥗🥪 Aslyse was awesome 😎💯 and the Tattoo's were Nice. Again thank you the Turkey 🦃🦆🦃 sandwich was the Bomb 💣💣💣💣

I went to the Wawa on Burmont Avenue store 12 I believe as I was waiting for a hoagie a male employee who was off today came in to where they make the food. They were three young ladies making food, and as he was talking to them he said that he wouldn’t buy any food from Wawa because it was equivalent to eating from a gas station. Well thanks for the heads up I won’t be eating at Wawa again because I guess he knows something we all don’t Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Specialty Sandwiches

One of the best Wawa's. Still small and not a mega/gas station Wawa, which helps contribute to the friendly atmosphere and great quality! The food, especially salads are always fresh and tasty. The employees are top tier, polite, helpful, and courteous, no one is ever too busy to help. This is becoming one of the only Wawa's I patronize. Thanks! It is okay. Pretty standard convenience store. Three stars because it is a neutral assessment. Not a lot is wrong, but nothing is particularly impressive either. It is a little cramped if it has an semblance of being busy. Staff is generally okay. RTE and MTO food items are all very okay. This location does have a F'Real milkshake setup in addition to the Coke and ICEE machines. Most items are slightly overpriced, excluding drinks, which is pretty standard for a convenience store. It is nice that there is an accessible bathroom and new parking lot expansion (as of late 2019).

This store has great teamwork and customer service associates! I asked for my regular iced latte to be blended and they did this for me saying it was no problem at all. I can't have the regular blended coffee products because of the sugar content and me being diabetic. But I can order regular iced lattes with no sugar (except what's naturally in milk). So I asked if they'd be willing to make this modification. I know, it sounds small, but for me it was really nice.The entire staff were efficient and had that store clean and running smoothly. Kudos to the entire team!! Kudos to Sam the manager for guiding her team members so well! Great job guys!! Wawa store number 12 on Bur.ont Road rocks!

Usually get a good experience but I went last night, bought some stuffs. Had a coupon for a free drink as reward. When I used it and went to the register, for some reason the guy couldn't use it after few tries. Asked a guy to help, he was like whatever make it free. Then I went to take the drink, the guy at the called me over and started asking about coupon which I showed him on the app at the beginning!! Felt so disrespected. This is not how Wawa should treat its customers. We love Wawa and rewards dont come for free, we need to spend money to get those. Utterly disappointed

Just a couple of points I'd like to address here. In the comments from "The owner" they obviously used the Discription for other Wawa stores, as it mentions that "the gas is competitively priced! Neither of the Drexel Hill stores sell Gas!!! 2nd, many of the reviews I've been reading mention about the small parking lot (which, I'd like to add was a very discouraging issue for years at this particular store) However, for anyone that's not from around here, or just passing through... The owner acquired the property to the right of the store and added quite a few spaces to park! This definitely helped the problem! But when all else fails, as at least one of the other customers mentioned, there is usually spots across the street you could steal so long as you don't plan to be too long! 😉 This Wawa, just like most of the other Wawa stores I've ever been to, is always clean and spills and what nots (including their parking lot) are always addressed as soon as it possibly can! In general Wawa stores beat 7/11 stores hands down! I'd like to see this chain spread through out the nation and really can't figure out why it hasn't considering how long they've been in business!?!?

My milkshakes are rarely made correctly. It's usually watery with no flavor. When this happens the person making it is usually a worker I've never seen before. Need better training.
