Great large super Wawa rest rooms good food for real fast lunch and breakfast, dinner too. Clean mostly well stocked open 24 hrs . This Wawa is under construction can still stop for gas enter off Baltimore pike only side entrance is blocked off . Probably will be up soon these Wawa’s are up in no time this is fairly new anyway. The customer service is what makes this Wawa great! Pam is the sweetest! Also bathrooms are always clean. This is a very busy location and that being considered you get your food very fast. Horrible ... Just No words anymore... after a Long day working in the service industry only thing open is wawa.. I Spend alot of money here an ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED!!!! SMDH... the Quesadillas I received had No potatoes.... NO cheese . Sooo flat an No flavor.... had to throw it away...the girl with Pink Hair was wrking an Scraped the bottom of the potato bin for our bowl. Crusty dry potatoes horribly ridic . After spending almost 50 dol...soooo over it!!!! LET me ask you...to all.wawa employees ..would you Eat the Bottom of the pan mash potatoes???? An had weird chunks of idk what!!!

The store manager and assistant manager were the most unprofessional management team and customer service workers that I've ever encountered (and I spent years as a quality evaluator). Their credit machine wasn't working properly (demonstrated by the card being used immediately after the horrible encounter at the ATM in the store without any issues) and they initially made NO efforts to accommodate me. The store manager was the rudest and most unprofessional inserting herself just to give attitude and tell me if my card doesnt work oh well there isn't (she said ain't 🤦🏾‍♀️) anything she's going to do about it. They gave lots of attitude then agreed to MY common sense suggestion they at least try another machine. I ended up going to the ATM a few feet away and using it without any problems only to return to the counter to find 2 managers talking trash about me. It's unprofessional to talk about customers at any time, let alone when they're a few feet away and can hear you! I hope this isn't a reflection of Wawa as a company. I'll be following up by reaching out to corporate about this unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

It has potential to be a great Wawa with better equipped management staff to lead the crew. Leadership is key! Even in a fast-paced environment you should be able to efficiently and effectively manage your staff. I really hope to see this location improve, we need a good Wawa around here.

I'm in wawa almost every day!! I fill up my gas tank at least twice a week, the rest of the time just grabbing milk or snacks for the kids.. it's clean and the staff is friendly!! Order from Uber Eats. How do you mix up a turkey hoagie with bacon and a bagel with cream cheese? I know the lunch rush gets busy, but the two are not remotely similar. There may be some training required.

Only reason for 3 stars is the store is a mess! No cups for sodas other than small size, out of lids. Icee and soda spilled all over. Staff is limited and honestly just the cashier is super kind, polite and friendly. Other staff rude and don't even acknowledge the customers. Other Wawa stores in this area are better.

Freshly renovated and everything is brand new! The soda machine still doesn't work and the food got much worse. The chicken fingers are half of what they used to be and the pizza is an insult to humanity. I'm avoiding Wawa for a few months.
