The New London Sub Base location is an embarrassment. The employees do not know how to use the loyalty program. They have no desire to move with any sense of urgency. The issue with the rewards has been ongoing for years, and I get the same response from both the location and corporate. This location needs to be fixed or closed so another fast food place with customer service and a competent staff can take its place. I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich with fries and it was really tasty. The food is cooked to order and not frozen. The service is fast and friendly with a very clean workspace.

Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices. My friend had a special order on his burger and they stepped out from behind the counter to check with him for clarification on the order, rather than just making an assumption. It was impressively proactive and not the sort of thing you'd see in an ordinary fast food joint. I definitely plan on going back.

The food is edible. Not something I’d enjoy eating on a regular basis. The soda was watered down. The fries were over cooked and tasteless. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

The food is pretty good. It's made fresh to order, so there is a bit of a wait. It's also comparable to prices for kost fast food. Service quality has gone down quite a bit over the last 6 to 9 months. The interactions with customers borders on rude sometimes depending on who is working and how busy it is.

Got a classic burger here for a quick bite and was expecting a run of the mill grease pit burger but was pleasantly surprised when I got a well balanced juicy burger with fresh veggies. Really well balanced burger. Then after a couple of minutes the owner came out with basket of fries and said he made to many for last order and offered them to me for free. I'm conclusion. Good people making good food.

Excellent burgers. On this day the inventory on three of the six primary menu items had been depleted limiting my wife's choices. The atmosphere was quiet but our table was spotted with sticky residue. I recommend more frequent cleaning. Wait time for our meals was reasonable.

Very respectful and loving people there!!! I also love the fact that I've never waited longer than 5 minutes for my food to be ready. It is amazing to have such lovely people there, ready to take your order sooo quickly and get your order ready mad quick! I love this place. Plus, the burgers are AMAZING!!
