I have been coming to Wayland Pizza House for over 10 years at this point. I used to come here at least twice a week when I lived alone. Enough to where the owners knew my car and knew my regular order. I usually get the grilled chicken sub with green peppers, cheese and mayo. When it is at it's peak, this is the BEST grilled chicken sub I have ever eaten. Sometimes, when I'm feeling adventurous, I also like to get their steak tips sub which is also really good. Understandably, you will get more protein in the chicken versus the steak. They also have a delicious mixed plate where you get both as well as salad and fries. I loved the previous owner and the new owners are just as great. They've renovated the seating area and it's extremely comfortable even though it's not especially large. I called earlier today to see if these kind people were willing to donate some pizzas to the firefighting effort for the unfortunate fire that occurred today. They were more than happy to and the pizzas were picked up by Wayland PD to bring to the most likely exhausted firefighters. I have been to this pizza shop on multiple occasions but feel the need to go out of my way to give them my business now. I have never been disappointed with anything from them and have always enjoyed the hospitality. Thank you again and I will be returning soon!

I grew up in Wayland and I loved ordering their pizza. After 25 years, I scheduled a visit and I'm happy to say their pizza is still as excellent as it always was. Bring on the pies!

So... I am COMPLETELY OBSESSED with the shrimp scampi pizza. I'm sure the people who work here laugh when they receive an order from me because I order this pizza at least once a month. The pizzas—regular and gluten free—and Greek salad were really good. Flavorful ingredients on both—the salad had a nice mix of lettuces, not just iceberg—and the team working there were all really nice. Reasonably priced too. We’ll be back! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Best Gyro’s in wayland! Tried the Gyro at Liberty pizza and it was awful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Insensitive ableist delivery guy parked on top of two of the three handicap spots at Longfellow. Left the car running, nowhere to be found. When I called the restaurant, the guy on the phone was definitely dismissive and hung up on me. Next time I’ll just call the police and take the keys with me to the pool.
