Long line at drive thru . Got 3 orders fir for our office. Get back to work and discovered my order of chili not there. Tried calling no answer. Went in on the way home. Explained what happened and showed the receipt. The woman was unfriendly finally gave me the cup of chili. Never said sorry or anything of an apology!! So rude! Dirty as hell Counters, soda machine, all the table,the floor behind the counter ,rude,unorganized, waited 30 minutes I was the only one in the dining area. Chili’s we ordered cold and did taste rite. Ask for crackers girl looked and just walked away.then ask the man behind the counter twice cause I didn’t think he heard me look right at me . Where’s the RELIEF? I walked into about 45 minutes after lunch time and the place was a hot mess. People standing around waiting for their orders, customers who had been eating needing a correction to their order and a busy kitchen that didn’t seem to have enough staff. But the entire 10 minutes I waited I never heard anyone say anything to those waiting to order. Nothing. It’s like we were invisible. So I took a hint and left. Plenty of fast food places right next door. It’s sad because I love Wendy’s burgers. Maybe the owners need to hire more staff or pay them some more money. While ordering the young lady taking my order continuously rushed me. Then when she gave me my order my drink was medium. I asked and paid for large and she told me she couldn’t change it because she already gave me a medium. I Had to force her to give me the size I PAID for. Then when I get home they didn’t give me all my food. Food is always hot and fresh. The drive thru service was very slow even though I ordered on the app. The employees barely acknowledged me and it took over 20 mins from the time I arrived til the time I left with my breakfast. I'm hoping it was just a busy morning. The drive thru was packed, and the inside was closed. The food was hot and fresh. The service could have been better. The lady who took my order cut me off mid order then made me wait a few minutes before allowing me to continue. The guy who collected my payment was just blah. I asked for 2 cups of cheese which I realized I was not charged for after paying and pulling away from the 1st window. The lady at the 2nd window charged me for the 2 cups of cheese but didn't put the cheese in the bag. I pulled into a parking space and spoke to another lady, who I believe was the manager. She assured me the cheese was put into the bag. However, it was NOT! So essentially I had to request cheese a 2nd time and still didn't get it! The new strawberry frosty is good but nothing spectacular. It tastes like a Strawberry Shake. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I’ve tried this location several times and they never seem to have it together. Service is SLOW no matter the time of day, inside or drive thru. Employees don’t seem to care about making this FAST food. Ridiculous wait times, I’m talking an hour in the drive thru, 30 min to even be able to place an order, 30 min to wait on food.
