My experience was in the drive thru on Wednesday around 1pm. The line moved quickly, the lady on the intercom was very kind and spoke clearly, and I got my food promptly, hot, fresh, and tasty, just the way I would expect it to be. Great job! First thing when you get to the counter, rain dripping on counter. Just hope rain is not dripping on food in the food prep area. Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie bag . Tried to upcharge. Left off the bacon. Nuggets were cold. Rain coming in the dining room. Tables were dirty. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't know where y'all get off charging $3.25 for a junior bacon cheeseburger, but you're not that girl. That is $1.50 at best. You have a sign offering $12/hr in a city where you need $27/hr to meet minimum rent. I'll give you $3+ for 1.25 of food when you equally compensate your employees Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They are taking their time and going really slow for a burger and nuggets when been waiting for 20 minutes. The cashier was not happy and involved. Bad energy do not recommend. STAY AWAY!!!!!!. Stood there for over 5 minutes waiting to pick up a doordash order.. 4....FOUR managers walked by but couldn't even be bothered to greet... Then an employee said "we're out of spicy" with an attitude like I'm supposed to know they can't keep items stocked...I unassigned from the order... Definitely won't be a customer either. The other half of my spicy chicken sandwich was completely raw. Manager was rude and disrespectful when I called. Will never eat at another Wendys for the rest of my life. Now I get to worry about Salmonella! Great!!!

The order taker was efficient, smart, patient, and kind/friendly. He got our order correct the first time with no problems. They were out of Coke and didn't have any ice. Go literally anywhere else. They get a star for having the Frosty. I ordered two combos in the drive-thru. Staff was impatient and not friendly. It took 10 minutes and I had to go inside to get them because no one came out to give me the food after having me pull forward. Only after handing me the sodas did they tell me the ice machine didn't work. So I was charged for two warm sodas. And they were flat. And my order was messed up. Oh, the fries: half are burnt and half are soggy. For nearly $25... Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
