Mobile order manager assisted she was latino and I am latino as well so let’s start there her English was very difficult to understand and my fries were cold and my nuggets were old it was difficult to communicate because comprehension was difficult she acted as if she didn’t understand and it was difficult for me to understand her broken English Please hire your leadership staff that can effectively communicate with your customers she was short in her patience and in her professionalism in the future I will go to Mc Donald’s next door. She was rude rolled eyes and I will not suggesting Wendy’s on the future. So today we had Wendy’s for lunch at my job, I got the Baconator fries. I always shake my fries up in the container before opening to mix in the cheese sauce thoroughly. I took a bite and immediately felt little hairs in my mouth. Upon further inspection I noticed small black hairs alllll throughout the fries. The manager did offer a full refund for the entire order, but this never should have happened to begin with.

I love to eat out and this was my first time visiting this Wendy's. It was clean and pleasant. The staff was nice and the food was good, fresh and hot.

Love the service. The manager is awesome ! At this location the manger beats the service of even a chick-fil-a manger. Yes lord I went there. Please forgive me. But he has made sure to go above and beyond every single time I have visited. Kudos, you are who they should have training all management corporate wide. Thanks for the orange fanta and vanilla frosty. Tasted just like a dreamsicle UPDATE 5-26-21) Robert is his name! Absolutely amazing. He is the ideal structure of management. Corporate needs to allow this guy to run management training.

I love this Wendy's! I grabbed a burger and some fries tonight. The burger was masterfully made, the fries were crispy and hot, but most of all, they tasted FRESH. The manager, Lindsey, was friendly and professional! The staff was top knotch and worked with precision and speed. The restaurant was also very clean, which was refreshing. Not sure of the manager's name, but she was extremely polite and even offered to bring drinks to my car. I order online, and the food is always ready when I get there, and the food is always fresh as well. Absolutely blows the Kemah Wendy's out of the water. Beware the new Bacon Burbon burger. Ordered 2 large meals, cost just under $20. What you get is a small cheese burger with half a piece of bacon and some greasy onion rings on it.
