Both the bacon & egg and sausage & egg croissants are the best fast-food breakfast I've ever had!! The croissants are soft and delicious!! The bacon is thick and crispy and the sausage is square so it fits the croissant. And the cheese is the icing on the cake!!! I did drive-thru for just a frosty. The service was very slow. I nearly drove away twice on my visit, once before I ordered and once afterward. There were only two cars ahead of me. It took so long, I feared my frosty would be completely melted by the time I got it. Thankfully, it hadn't waited outside the machine as long as I waited in the drive-thru line for it. Funny for the first time ( Drive-Thru) from many fast food restaurants this imparticular experience was nice Shout out to the gentleman who took my order at this location on the drive-thru Adrian thank you so much for your hospitality what makes him different and stand out is that he does not rush, he listens and asks if you like etc. He suggests different deals plus great attitude with a good sence of humor. Not knowing who he is or what he looks like till I pull up and pay. I was very happy customer never been to this Wendy's but the staff that was working today did my meal nice and hot and fresh thank you. Went abt 1:30pm. Lunch hour times. Overall very nice customer service, as it should be and get my meal in a timely manner hot and fresh. Will come visit when I'm in the neighborhood to this location thank you Adrian and Wendy's staff! I write this in hopes that district management or corporate reads this and contacts me. Today at 3:08pm I witnessed one of the employees “manager” argue back and raise their voice to an elderly disabled person. And acted really rude to them. I was behind the elderly couple it started from when rhe “manager” started asking what they wanted. She argued with them and when I intervened to try and defuse the situation she started arguing with me. When I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. So I asked for her district manager and she continued to argue and try and defend her actions to me. Which I didn’t care about and asked for name and district manager name, she told “eff you” and walked away. I asked her coworkers for her name and they ignored me. I did call corporate while there and explained the situation so hopefully they reach out to the local franchisee to provide better training and correct this persons attitude, especially if she’s a “manager”. A Sunday visit after church went OK. The restaurant was clean inside and the service was pretty good considering that they were short handed I think. 4 employees plus the manager, seemed like they could have used one more person especially because they had a food delivery truck come at about 1pm so they lost one to help unload the truck. We ordered 3 kids meals along with 2 orders of the “Big bag $5 meal” which wasn’t very big at all but was worth the $5. My picture is of the burger that comes with the $5 big bag meal.

Drive thru person would keep talking over me when I was trying to order. After getting my food, I stayed at the window to ask for dipping sauce and the drive thru person and manager ignored me.
