This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Guests state that prices are adequate at Wendy's. The restaurant has been a little understaffed, and some other cars were waiting a while for their food as we went through the drive thru. Despite this, all of the staff members were wonderfully polite and quick with our order, making the experience pleasant altogether. Appreciate those who showed up this evening ✨ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just stopped at the drive through for a burger but the sandwich was hastily thrown together so when I opened it, the top of the bun was torn and the mayo was all over the place. Not overly friendly at the window either, so I'll probably opt to go elsewhere next time I'm in the area. Food: 3 Service: 3

Ordered online a half hour before pickup. Arrived at Wendy's 1 minute before the order was supposed to be ready, they said it just came up on their computer. Waited 15 minutes for the luke warm food. No chocolate frosty like I had ordered, so I went with the horrible peppermint flavor... Yuck. Ordered a plain burger with only ketchup, came with cheese, had to order a new one. We ordered two fountain Cokes of the same size, one was very small, one was what I would assume is their medium. To top it off, the restaurant just seemed dirty and didn't smell very good. We wasted money on this garbage when we could have gone and had a great meal at Culver's for a few dollars more. Dave Thomas would be ashamed of this location! Ordered via drive thru. They needed 4 employees to take orders one at a time and then total complete the order before they could take the next drive thru order. Still they messed up my order. Gave cold fries. Stuffed my cup full of ice. Gave 0 napkins. When asked for ketchup for a large order of fries they handed me two packets and then when I asked for 6 more could only give them one more at a time each time I had to ask. Ordered a chicken wrap meal with chili. He forgot to ring up the cheese, so he adjusted it after the kid making the food confirmed I wanted cheese on the chili. The last 2 visit was horrible didn't get baconator got a Dave's double instead of what I paid for .the last time I went on my way to work Friday night because they are open late & was a huge mistake. Fries was cooked twice atleast & was very soggy/ stale & the burgers was in the heating tray or whatever they put them in after cooking for atleast 2 or 3 hours to long . Very disappointed ! There were at least three counter help people standing near at the drive through window . I pulled up to receive my bag of ordered food one of the three RED HEAD handed me my drink and bag with no thanks , how are u today , did you want salt or napkins , nothing . I drove to the back of the parking lot. Once parked I began sorting the food , my dogs burger and mine including the fries. Broke up the burger for dog and proceeded to eat mine and found that the fries were soggy and cold , no ketchup, salt or napkins . My double was a bit messy and good but no napkins . The gang at the window were more interested in there conversation then taking care of customer SVC . It had been at least a year since my previous visit and wow the one time I was treating myself.... Waited 20 minutes in line with one person ahead of me, granted it was 11pm on a Friday. The person ahead of me left in a rage because the frosty machine was down. I was disappointed, but more disappointed when I was offered a small lemonade as a replacement for my large frosty on a mobile order. Absolutely not a fair exchange for a $3.19 large frosty. By the time I actually got my order, the patties were burned. Like, not charred, burned. I put up with a lot from Wendy's, but this one is terrible.
