Purchased double stack biggie bag and the burger was old nuggets cold fries cold I need a refund who would serve this to a customer? I went through the drive-through with one car in front of me. I waited 10 minutes before i could order and the car in front of me left. I ordered and paid for a baconator combo and got a single with cheese. Not only was the order wrong, but the burger was cold, like refrigerator cold. I saw 3 people standing around doing nothing but chatting ( and none of them looked like a manager having a meeting ). So why did I have to wait so long and then not receive what I ordered? I was told they only accepted cash tonight at the drive-thru and I told them that it was fine I have cash. We then tried to order and was met with radio silence. I said "Hello, we have cash" twice and we sat there ignored for 10 minutes. We left. Meal type Dinner Service: 1

RAW CHICKEN. My husband and I both got spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive through and two bites in i realized the chicken was raw on the inside. I’m also 24 weeks pregnant so called my doctor immediately I will never be eating Wendy’s every again. My husband went back to this location and all they could do was ask for his email for the insurance company to reach out and 2 weeks later he still hasn’t received an email. Ordered spicy asiago ranch chicken sandwich and baked potato. Sandwich was tasteless, lukewarm, and not crispy at all. Potato was so so but again just barely warm. Wendy's used to be the best. Two times now I've walked up to the door, both doors in the middle of the afternoon (4 or 5pm) and all the doors have been locked. No dining room service and no sign on the door explaining anything. Yes, there were cars in the drive thru but we didn't want to eat in our car. Service Dine in Service: 1

I dislike fast food, picked up something for my wife. The staff was okay, and the drive thru was efficient. No complains there. If you need something quick, it might be a viable option.

Would be nice if dining room actually stayed open till 10 like advertised- not 8pm on a Friday. Otherwise, food has always been solid… for a Wendy’s.

I totally understand as a former fast food employee that getting orders later at night isn't what you wanna see. But I ordered doordash that arrived around 10pm and what showed up was utterly deplorable. It literally looked like they used enough mayo and ranch for 3 or 4 sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous.
