Wendy's is pretty near The Works. At this place guests can delve deep into delicious dishes, and try perfectly cooked bacon, chicken nuggets and spicy chicken sandwiches. You will be offered good lemonade. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Clients who come to Wendy's indicate that the atmosphere is nice here. But many visitors who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I stopped going to this Wendy’s location for a while because they were always out of some it item or the bread was usually stale. Decided to give it a try again and two weeks in a row they can’t scan my app. The first time I wasn’t really given a reason, this week the internet is down. I drive by and notice that they are never really busy, no wonder as to why anymore. Definitely won’t be visiting this location anymore. Looking at other reviews tells me I’m not alone. Management needs to seriously take a look at making changes.

I went and two biggie bags and everything fresh. They did not put my nuggets in either bag and then I called and nobody answer the phone. This is why I don't do fast food. I will be calling tomorrow to talk a general manager. Service very poor then they rush you to order. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I think this is the best Wendy's around in the StaTE.. if anybody argues about that.. hopefully when the Wendy's over on excelsior avenue in Hopkins gets better looks like it's getting a new storefront ...c cuz whoever is hiring the people over the weekend and at nights get some new employees please the gang members

This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in life the general manager I believe that his position the older guy the older, black guy has such a rude demeanor. His customer service is so wishy-washy. The food is good yes, but the customer service needs to match the food, this location needs to work on their customer service. When I walked into the store the employees didn't even care to acknowledge me or even care to take my order so I left without even able to order anything and I was in there for 10 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge, I was there trying to order food. A worn out scary place with food not fully cooked and requiring constantly repeating your order or waiting for food much longer than a normal Wendy's. I'm hoping they go back to being awesome, will rewrite this when that happens, its just been a trial the last three times I've been there. It probably has to do with the place just not being staffed up enough. Very good. Can get for 5 dollars here what would cost R least twice that anywhere else. Restaurant is clean and well lit throughout. Background music is appropriate and tasteful. Bathroom clean and very decent for a fast food place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant wasn't very busy which was nice. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, the order was completely screwed up, and items were forgotten. Ordered a $5 biggie bag and got charged $6.53. Took a minute for someone to talk at the drive thru and it's not busy at all. Just mostly confused why they are charging an extra dollar for a $5 meal with no upgrades Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Once again this location disappoints. Went through tonight after work, they didn't mention upon ordering our food and drinks that they were "out of ice"and gave us 2 drinks that ended up being completely flat and actually tasting like it'd been watered down, waste of money.
