Nicely cooked biscuits have a nice taste. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters serve good strawberry lemonade. Guests don't highly appreciate chicken sandwiches at this fast food. Wendy's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. When you enter this place, you notice the calm atmosphere. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Although the cashier that took my order was ok! The attitudes & the way that these employees were carrying on was typical behavior of Most Fast Food Service Workers,,, & that's the sad part about all of this... The food was ok( nothing special ) I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone else seriously... Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Horrible establishment. Employees talking about who they're dating or like as you pull up to the window. Is this high school? You can hear curse words at the window as well. They got my order wrong after I told them what I ordered they told me no I ordered cuz like they formulated the words that came from my mouth. I went inside to get a refund the general manager says they don't give them. They had a 8x10 laminated paper that said no cash refunds. I said I didn't feel comfortable with them making my food after they had horrible attitudes. It's definitely a lose lose here at this location. Went to the drive thru and was told they have no mayonnaise at all. Ordered 2 BiggieBags)Chicken BLT anyway. The Cashier had on a bright pink bonet and no uniform shirt. I drove 15 min home and found no Bacon or tomato and literally a piece of lettuce on both my sandwiches. I called for over an hour to complain and no one ever picked up. Update: it’s been weeks later since I talked to the AM Manager who assured me after I gave her all my information that I would be receiving a call back or email from someone higher up. Still no call or email. How are you still in business and why are these people stilled employed? Service Take out Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with the customer service. Ordered 2 Crispy BLT- they gave me my order and I was missing a sandwich. When I told the person at drive thru all they said was “we have no bacon.” I said okay that’s fine but I am still missing a sandwich. He got upset and asked me to pull up and slammed the drive thru window . When he came out to bring the missing sandwich I tried asking a question and he also didn’t let me speak. It’s not the first time i experience this at this location.

Horribly run location with staff that are surly and rude, and managers that clearly don’t care about the customer. Was served UNDERCOOKED chicken and the staff didn’t seem to care. The girl at the window was more worried about her nails than properly handing me my food that I waited thirty minutes for in the drive-thru. Don’t waste your money here because you’ll get subpar service from ghetto hoodrat teenagers and worthless adults who barely care enough to make sure they do their jobs right. I ordered a meal from Wendy's (because nothing else was open ) i asked for no lettuce or ranch sauce and a honey mustard on the side on a spicy chicken sandwich . I got my order about to pull off and the fries were cold, my chicken had lettuce on it and they didn't even give me the honey mustard! I took the order back in and requested a refund and a rude employee blurted out "No Refunds", not "Sorry your order is incorrect" Sinai requested to speak to a manager which then told me "no refunds" like, what? How? I stated that i wouldn't except that. It got so bad the manager told me that he would give it to me out if his pocket. Obviously this is not about the $12 I lost. I am an advocate of not accepting wrong treatment and being ok with it. I have a few questions for the franchise owners; 1. Does this "no-refund" policy reside in all stores across the border or certain neighborhoods? I'm asking because the neighborhood I was currently in just happened to be predominantly minority occupied. 2. Do you train your employees to immediately reject your customers and behave defensively? I personally won't be patronizing your franchise again and will be writing to your corporate state holders, again, this isn't about the money.
