Sticky floor, out of basic food items. Workers (very much so) openly swearing while I was eating, and the overall experience was not great. Good for quick food, but I would not eat at the restaurant, especially with kids. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Wouldn't know what the atmosphere is like because at 1:00 in the afternoon on Saturday, their lobby is closed!!! Placed an order for 5 on the app and indicated a dine-in pick-up. Got there to locked doors. Order cancelled for us and on to McDonalds. This location and the Park drive location needs to get their staffing act together. We are 3 years out of covid, pay your employees and treat them well or you will continue to lose business. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The restaurant itself looks pretty new and looks pretty up to date with the style and appearance. The food was ok and was warm. But that is where the praise ends. The bathrooms were very dirty and the drink bar (see pictures) was atrocious. There were no small drink lids and the napkin holders were coming a part, not holding the clean napkins in place. They had two soda machines (the ones with the numerous flavors of soda available) but both of the machines needed serviced horribly as there were very few selections available to drink from them and the flavors that were available did not taste good and the one machine didn't even have ice available. Horrible experience and would probably avoid in the future.

Slow service, old lady in drive thru was very rude to my wife and the food was just terrible, these are my baconator fries and chicken sandwich. So sad I wasted money on this Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty convenient in and out fast food experience in Hershey. Not too expensive and the employees were very nice during a busy lunch rush. Partly clean and tidy. Staff is kind and helpful, noticeable annoyed at times. The condiment and drink station is the only unorganized, messy, and dirty part of the restaurant. Food is good, didn't taste fresh as it usually should (nuggets were a bit brittle and fries were soggy). Not my best experience thus my overall visit was okay.

I was at this location for a Dave’s Double December 30 9pm. Got “Sick’ 25min after eating Major Diarrhea, Nauseous. Please don’t eat at this disgusting Franchise.. Service Take out Food: 1

We don't do fast food much, but we had gift cards, so we figured it's easier than making supper. Nice looking restaurant, that's about all it had going for it. All fries and nuggets were cold. I politely asked for fresh ones and the worker said he understands about the fries but the nuggets have been under the heater "for a while." So he admitted the food had been sitting for quite a while and wasn't fresh. The workers were playing Pokemon cards (or something similar) at a booth and behind the counter when they weren't busy yelling at each other. Looked like all 15-18yr olds working. No sign of a manager for a while. A little before we left, a manager came out and he proceeded to yell even louder at the employees... Save your pennies and go elsewhere. Round 2, months since last time. Got a free burger offer from T-Mobile. Ordered a plain Single, just cheese and ketchup. They put everything on it: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, onions. Okay so I go Wendy’s after Hershey park so thirsty for a Diet Coke, second service was terrible, third we orderd 2 DIET COKES we pull and we get this funny looking soda it was orange we ask “ are you sure this is a Diet Coke it’s orange” this guy says “ yes it is it’s the default soda “ now you tell that the default is a orange vanilla soda, can’t even tell if it’s a coke product. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE IN MY LIFE TIME, don’t recommend here at all. Tried to call and say how it wasn’t a Diet Coke and no one answers. Spent $10 on a cheeseburger that was decent, a soda, and pub fries... The fries were old, cold, and greasy! Couldn't get a receipt because it wasn't working... Again. Cashier's at window were more interested in discussing a video of someone dancing than speaking to me. Totally not worth the money!
