Please do not go to this Wendy's anymore. This used to be one of the best Wendy's and the Baltimore county region, but now it's not like how it used to be like they definitely have a turnover rate there. I remember when they were good workers at that Wendy's and now just seems like they're scamming credit cards. If they keep your car longer than 50 seconds report to Wendy's corporation and then on top of that I found hair in my food. The person working the drive-thru kept asking me the same questions over and over again about what I wanted from the menu when I stated my choice three different times. I don't know who they have working there now, but they seem incompetent at doing their job correctly. Please hire new staff.

Probably best to just close and reopen with entire new staff and team. These people, regardless of day or time you go seem to think they're doing you a favor. This attitude within this era is disgusting. My last straw was going through through, trying to use the app (which didn't work) and the male on the speaker must've been appalled that dare needed help. If the owner of this location cares anything about integrity or JUST DECENT service being attached to its name, they'd COMPLETELY overhaul these people. Just sad

Probably the worst fast food place I've ever been. Does not matter what day of the week you go or what time you go. Consistently bad for the past couple of years. Seems to be worse the last few months. They act like you were bothering them when you pay for your order. They hardly ever have a working receipt machine or paper for it. Or so they say. Food is called. Order is wrong. Go back to ask for my order to be corrected and the manager I believe his name is John acts like he wants to hit me. He was so rude.

Any time I order through the app (mobile) its longer than just ordering when u get there. Unfortunately, majority of the ees complain about working there. First of all we weren't asked if our order was for her or to go got a bag when we were esting in. No receipt given. I ordered a chili chips and cheese and gave me just a chili no cheese no chips. Then Ordered a Dave's double and gave me a single. Service was super slow and not that busy. Last time here.

I asked them not to add cheese, and they did anyway. I went through the drive-thru. Everyone had a fair attitude. My hamburger was okay, and the fries were nice and hot. May visit again but would go inside next time.

They definitely prioritize drive thru. Grumpy attitude for dining in. I was walking to their door to ask something about the coupon but got stinky attitude from the lady works here "i don't care about your coupon, go to drive thru" lost my appetite immediately. Good luck

What happened, Wendy's??! Dave would have been mortified at the food served here. Cheeseburger was dry and tasteless, barely warm. And the fries were brown and all stuck together, dried out too.
Service? Typical teenagers who could care less. I'm used to that, at least.
The only redeeming quality, they can't mess up the frosty. They can severely overcharge for it tho. 😑
