Food was excellent today. Baked potato, chili, chicken nuggets. (Just remember that you have to enter the single entrance/ exit from Rt11, not from 54; also not accessible from the grocery store parking lot. FYI.) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went in last minute for food. The young men that worked the drive through down to the food delivery was top notch. My spicy chicken sandwich was hot and crispy after I drove 5 minutes home. Unfortunately writing another disappointing review. Wendy’s has gone downhill over the years.. pretty much all fast food places have. Let’s face it. However tonight, the reason I’m writing this is because there we several issues with our order. First: my bf and and I ordered 2 drinks, and we didn’t get a single straw Second: his fries were cold and stale… Third: my apple pecan salad did not coke with blue cheese or any dressing…… Not impressed and I don’t think I’ll be going back for a while.. I would say this was an average Wendy's experience. The young man at the drive through was VERY cordial. Second person handing me my food had nothing to say. (Not that I was waiting for a conversation or anything 🤭). Was at Geisinger Med Center for surgery my husband was having and just drove through to grab a bite in an attempt to avoid hospital food. I'm bummed pretzel buns were discontinued. I tried the nacho chicken sandwich and it was not for me. Just a very weird sandwich in my opinion. Parking lot is chaos. Getting back on the road to the hospital without having to circle around made my exit attempt a bit complicated. It didn't bother me much but I'd give yourself a few extra minutes with that in mind.
