This is terrible. I ordered close to $58 dollars worth of food, and this is what I get. Also I don’t live in the area, so coming back would be an inconvenience as well. First off, I asked for a 50 piece spicy nugget. I got regular. I ordered 3 $5 meals. The meat was old, and it was one 4 piece short. I ordered a number 6 spicy chicken meal. Chicken was so old and dry, it should be against the law to serve that to anyone. Ordered a Dave double meal, meat is old. I also ordered a bacon double stack. Didn’t get that at all. I tried call to speak to a manager, no answer. It would be nice to be reimburse for everything. Then to top it off, they didn’t even give me my receipt. So how can I bring it back. If this message is received, and you would like to reimburse me for the terrible service and food given. You can kindly email me to let me know.

My breakfast was hot and fresh. I really like the breakfast croissant egg & sausage sandwich. I think the sausage biscuit is very flavorful too. I had to wait for the order because they were making me a fresh egg but, it was worth it

I don't know if it's because I arrived 20 mins before they closed or what but the food was WAY different than what I'm used to. 1 the food was VERY hot like they just made it for me yet it only took 2 mins tops from the time I ordered until the time I left. 2. The drive thru rep was very professional even after a long day. Smiled and all. Even the drive thru mic rep was extremely nice. Had me thinking something wasn't right lol. 3 they were very fast and didn't forget anything. I ordered 2 burgers, fried and a soda.

I went through the drive through and the lady who took my order was so nonchalant I almost left. You don’t have to be like Chic-Gil-a but you do have to be at least welcoming. Anyway after I ordered and drove all they way home. I opened up my Dave’s triple and discovered that the burger Pattie’s were dry, the bun was stale, and the cheese was melted to those Pattie’s at least 2 hours age and I only drove 10min. To get home after I ordered my food. My fries looked dark and old like they were sitting in grease all day long. I really hated this experience. When the food is fresh it does taste good but this time was so bad.

My family and I were here today around 615 pm. We ordered 3 biggie bags and fries with no salt. They first put bacon on our burgers giving us jr bacon cheese burgers instead of double stacks with condiments after we asked for just cheese. We bring it back in and the cashier opened all the burgers in the counter with her bare hands to examine the burgers. My husband again asked for fresh fries with no salt because the fries were cold and had salt on them as well as the nuggets being cold. We received burgers with condiments and cold fries and nuggets. I went back in and there was a long line of people in there with complaints of cold food. The staff was so rude and unprofessional mocking me at first about me wanting new food and wanting the food made correctly. From the guys in the back on the headset to the young lady in the back making the burgers. Even the cashier was telling me it wasn’t that deep and to take the food as she gave it to me. She then proceeded to threaten me to the point where we had a verbal exchange and the manager came out. He made all the food fresh and still made all the food wrong. The cashier should be fired and those other kids need training except for the gentleman who kindly asked me what was the issue and listened to me patiently. All the staff used there bare hands to touch the food as well. I ended up throwing the food out. The place was screaming health hazard no hair nets no gloves.

Absolutely horrible service. Placed a mobile order online. Came to the speaker with my name and was told to go to the second window. I pull up, the lady looking at me crazy. I think one of you broke folk in the back ate my food because It took me 35 minutes to pick up my order due to traffic. Those employees definitely don’t care about the customer ESPECIALLY the black customers. Proof of the order was shown and then you tell me y’all DONT have the order ready, but then say its gonna take a while pull up, then I’m pulled up for 5 minutes I go inside and now y’all can’t find the damn order. Why not be honest and say the order was either given away or thrown away and make a new order. You talking about you can’t give me a $4 order. I’m always running into issues with this place and this was the last damn straw!!! Go to the Wendy’s on Island Ave. MUCH BETTER.
