The service was great, however, after we finally found a clean table (none had been wiped clean) we noticed the wall paper peeling off the wall. Then I looked around and the carpet was black. Upon further examination we realized it was that dirty. Against the wall where no one had walked was still white and you could see the pattern. There was trash strewn about the dining area. The place was extremely packed, and the overall service speed showed, they weren’t very friendly and I found an employee smoking in the men’s bathroom. The interior could use some maintenance (both repair and steam cleaning), and the cashier Garrett was friendly and service-oriented, even when they made him wait to take his own lunch break. Clean store. Friendly cashier. Out of large hamburger patties? How can that happen, isn't that your main seller? Anyway, they replaced it with two small patties which worked ok. Fries were good and fresh. Love the pumpkin spice frosty! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
