I always enjoy this Wendy's location, they are always friendly, fast, and efficient. They are the most busy since the interstate exit is right here, but even busy they do a great job. I suggest it to anyone for a quick snack or even lunch/dinner. The chicken nuggets is the greatest reason to eat at Wendy's better than any nuggets in Idaho falls! But all their food is good. Fries were rewarmed which was ok they still had a fresh taste but yet they were resalted too much!! The two meals we got were not sauced or something they were very dry which was unusual for Wendy's. But we went to the Westside location instead our usual ammon side of town location!. Service was still fast and friendly as it usually is though. I'm sorry to have to say that I actually had the worst experience tonight then I've ever had in a Wendy's, dining in. I had one of the new combo meals. The mushroom burger with added avocado combo and a sour cream and chives baked potato with shredded cheddar cheese. Because I had issues before with the drive-thru service not giving condiments or butter and sour cream for my baked potato, I asked ahead of time to make sure I didn't have a problem this time. The person taking my order told me that butter doesn't come with the baked potato. Imagine my shock, since I've been ordering the same baked potato for many years! It has always come with butter on the side. Never had to ask for it. Who wants a dry potato? Anyway, I get my order and the fries were dark, hard & not very warm. My daughter took them back to the counter and asked for some fresh fries. She actually saw them dump them in the garbage. But then they gave her another order of fries that were identical and weren't fresh either. My burger was dry and had hard cheese on it. Looks like it might have been sitting and maybe they just added the mushrooms and avocado. Mushrooms and avocado were fresh though. My baked potato skin was wrinkled, hard and very crusty. Needless to say I was not satisfied with the meal and I was really looking forward to eating here. I usually always have a great dining experience at Wendy's, so this really caught me off guard. Hopefully the next time it will be better. Not sure if I'm coming back to this particular one though. Too bad it's the nearest to my home.

Didn't get our full order or receipt, we're crushed for time but thought we could run in and grab the rest of the order. Receipt didn't seem to be an issue,. Speed was though. Sure, you were busy, but if the chick in the background making sandwiches like she was moving through mud kicked it up a notch, you'd be able to handle it just fine. More than one person there could've used a little pep in their step. Had to leave, so we never got our whole order filled. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I've liked Wendy's more lately as BK and McD's have become dirtier, prices rise but quality is not so good, and sometimes the apps have issues. my kids get full with the $4 meal deals ($1 per item) and it's great quality and size. Even for me who's trying not to over eat. People are nice here and the place is clean most of the time depending on rush hour. Oh, app rewards are better too.
