Food was lukewarm, bathrooms were disgusting, heat didn’t seem to be on (30 degrees outside), dining room floors were sticky, workers were disheveled with greasy hair, worker used restroom with apron on and didn’t wash hands before returning to work. We ended up throwing away our food after a couple bites when we saw the worker that made our food wear her apron into the restroom and failed to wash her hands when leaving the restroom. Crossing our fingers we don’t get sick. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fries cold. Attendant dropped my change into the snow. $.56 cents. How do you do that working a drive-thru window, and then says sorry. One coin, totally understand, but all four coins, careless. Then, we get on the road, no napkins. I will not be stopping here again. Btw, we were the only car in the drive thru, no reason to rush to drop change, no reason to get cold food, and no reason to forget napkins. Food: 3 Service: 3

I ordered a bacon double stack $6 biggie bag. It comes with a burger, chicken nuggets, french fries and a soda. The burger was supposed to have bacon but it did not have any on it. The french fries and the chicken nuggets were colder than cold. When I took the sandwich back to the counter to get one made with bacon, they did remake it for me which is why they got any stars at all. Staff seems like the all hate their jobs tbh. Food was fresh and hot, except the fries and chicken nuggets. The fries were cold and the nuggets were cold and hard. Totally inedible. I threw everything we ordered away minus the burgers and drinks. It's a shame this is the only Wendy's location locally for some miles. Do better! I have never tried the breakfast at wendys before. I attempted to this morning at 8:35. Nobody wanted to speak through the intercom. And when I drove around to see if anyone was working I found 2 employees chatting in the kitchen and when the saw me, they quickly ran around the corner out of sight. Update 11-20-23 Boycott Wendy's. This is the second time I've gone to this "fast food" restaurant in the past week beyond my first attempt at breakfast. The drive thru wait time is horrible. 2 cars in line. Waited 5 minutes for someone to go on the speaker. Drove off for the second time this week due to the inability to be "fast" if I wanted to wait 5 minutes for someone to take my order I'd go to timberlodge. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is always decent here every time I've stopped. Last visit was extra special. The staff and their choices make me continue to laugh though. We roll up at 9pm, mobile order placed. They inform us "driver thru is closed" . Gets me every time. I am welcomed inside their building with the sight of everyone putting their aprons back on, trash bins all pulled out, mop bucket being pulled away from the bathrooms, fresh gloves being put on to accept/start my mobile order... Almost like the lobby should have been closed and not the drive thru. I question if they caught on to this concept, cause when I finally was walking out with my order, they were accepting an order from the drive thru squak box. So that was humorous. Also, Not for nothing, but because I was asked to come in I then got to witness the beef patty being pulled from the warming drawer, witness the fries were not fresh (confirmed soggy fries upon eating), and see that bottom of the barrel pour of a nearly empty pitcher of lemonade. I appreciate the tidiness of the lobby was being kept up, but don't force me to come in to WITNESS how not-so fresh any part of my food, aside from chicken nuggets (a few were under cooked ) and a frosty.
