There is white girl working there ( don’t take this offensive as i said white girl ) coz I don’t know her name, she’s skinny with glasses on! So she was the worst worker i ever seen No respect she was in so much rush taking order and full with ego or attitude. No hi hello no thanks or welcome, I don’t know how Wendys hire these kind of workers, very disrespectful and so unprofessional. My brother recieved a small frosty instead of a large and asked the worker at the window if it was a large. Keep in mind the ENTIRE frosty was in his view. He said it was and made a face after he closed the window. I looked up a large frosty and saw that it wasn’t a large. My brother confronted them and eventually got what he asked for. On top of that they forgot the sauces, straws, the receipt, AND charged me $30 for 2 meals. When I got home and checked the bag, I realized they charged me for 2 extra fries that I didn’t ask for. Totally isn’t hard to do your job right. It was empty too, not the first time i’ve had issues with this Wendys’, just horrible. This experience was extremely disappointing. The food was cold, they didn’t give me the sauces i payed extra for, and there was no straws, and the chili cheese fries i ordered came with only one singular piece of shredded cheese and nothing else.

Over the past year or two the quality here became nonexistent. They close early to smoke, mess up your order , don’t have the most simple items (soda,straws, a working register). My first job was at Wendy’s so I understand how difficult customer service can be, however to be as lazy, unmotivated, rude and disorganized as their current staff and management is completely unacceptable. Any other restaurant or even Wendy’s chain would fire half of the staff considering they close early and have not the slightest idea of professionalism ! I swear. I go there every 6 months cause I know they will mess up the order every damn time. And tonight. Just 10 mins ago they didn’t disappoint. You kids get paid good money these days. Please stop messing up every damn time I come there please.

Good food.....slow service. I ordered a sausage biscuit but the biscuits weren't ready. The cashier never told me that I was going to have to wait for fresh biscuits. I had to leave with no breakfast. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1

This has to be the most God-awful Wendy’s in all of South Jersey! The people working here seem like they don’t give a damn about anything and they sure don’t care about the poor quality of their food and absolutely terrible customer service. What is up with all the employees here that seem like all they do every day is stand outside and smoke? Half of these folks don’t follow food prep, safety standards, nor do they seem to practice any sort of self hygiene. Maybe the health department needs to get involved with this place because the food is always served very sloppy and cold and that cannot be safe or even sanitary to eat. I mean I’ve seen a dude here literally touch food with his bare hands which is totally disgusting ! It’s bad enough I complained about this restaurant asked for a refund and got ignored for an entire month only to be forced to talk to a general manager who flat out told me they had seen my complaint before, but did nothing about it. We were given the bottom of the barrel fries. Wish they cooked up a fresh batch. Didn’t really live up to the slogan, again. And why on earth is the irrigation system right in front of the drive thru speaker??? Employee could barely hear me while I’m getting sprayed in the face. Little slow thru the drive thru but there was probably about 3 people working. Super sad I got home and didn't see my cookies I ordered. But the food was good and not cold when I got home and the bacon was super crispy. Service Take out Meal type Dinner
