After enjoying Grants Pass Caveman, go to this fast food which is not far away. Most people have noticed that you can try perfectly cooked hamburgers, spicy chicken and chicken nuggets here. The advisable dish is tasty ice cream. Delicious coffee is served at Wendy's. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of guests point out that prices are democratic for what you get. The cool atmosphere is to be found here. But many clients who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Thank you Wendy's!! My food was very hot an fresh, steamed as I took my first bite of that CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH! The lobby and bathrooms looked cared for as I sat and order from my mobile rewards Wendy's app and got a FREE sandwich with my WENDY'S MOBILE REWARDS APP. The staff although mostly new, was very kind an patient with me using my MOBILE REWARDS. I sat inside enjoying the buzz of conversation and radio. Thank you so much for a REFRESHING EXPERIENCE. I am very disappointed on how this place has gone down hill . Over 30 minutes for my food ... And then my order wasn't even right and when we went in to get the food that was missing I had to fight tooth and nail because no one gave us a receipt. In the end we waited a hour for the food before leaving because no one would get us our food we paid for . This place needs to get shut down or all new respectful employees. I will not be returning to the Grants Pass Location at all . Waste of time and money . Meal type Breakfast

The food was absolutely disgusting in every way. How do you mess up a salad? Wendy's is supposed to be fresh food only.. wonder if the Wendy's in Grants Pass knows this?!?!?! Fries were soggy and under cooked, my wife's wrap had folded meat not cut and wasn't even wrapped.. my chicken sandwich must have been cooked yesterday sometime and literally had nothing on it but 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, 2 soggy watery strings of onion, 3 wilted shriveled up tiny pickle slices and no condiments on it at all.. All in all, this is one of the worst meals I have gotten in Grants pass. I do not recommend!!! Thumbs down! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

No bacon on bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I don’t want to even try to get it replaced because last time my entire $25 order was wrong, and when we went to get it fixed, the manager treated me horribly. He actually told me to stop spewing words through the speaker that he couldn’t comprehend, he told me to wait in the parking lot while he called the other manager to verify my story. I never got that order replaced or refunded, but my husband wanted their breakfast this morning. It’s so weird here because it’s seriously hit or miss. One day you get exceptional service, then the next time it’s downright awful. Must depend on the manager on duty. The employees were standing around taking more interested in their conversation than customer's. The dining room was dirty. Some kind of liquid on the floor. I almost slipped and fell . I paid for a burger and a loaded potato. After I had paid for the potato, they told me they were out and would not refund my money. I am livid. I loved eating here with my family of 5 and will never go back. What a scam!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good food. Dinning room was a disaster!!! Drink machines both were broken. Water all over floor and pink soda? One employee came out and put a caution sign only after buyer said something twice. I told the cashier and she said she couldn’t get away to take care of it. It wasn’t that busy at all. To get my drinks. I had to stand in water. We ate our meal and nothing had been done!!!! I had an apple pecan salad- they didn't have grilled chicken ready but said they could cook it if I wanted to wait 10 minutes, or I could get classic or spicy chicken. The classic chicken was great. Pecans came in a bag even though pecan is in the name of the salad, interesting. The inside of the store was clean but the bathrooms are locked behind a keypad lmao. I've seen some locked gas stations but never in a fast food. The employee didn't know the bathroom codes. No ketchup or napkins available in the condiments section either. As long as I'm not in your establishment I'll smoke wherever the hell I want to smoke, I don't care if I'm in your drive-thru or what. If you don't want smoking in your drive thru, put a sign up. Other than that, mind your own business....... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I really enjoy eating at Wendy's. I think their burgers are great. I like the spicy chicken sandwich, the chili they even have good salads this Wendy's very bad customer service employees act like they're the only people in the world the bacon on my baconator was way overcooked and crumbly rock hard when I ordered Dave's double. It's just slapped together. Way too much ketchup and mayonnaise. Everything's falling apart. The bathroom at this Wendy's is a joke the other day I went in to get lunch but I was about 20 minutes too early. I couldn't get a burger so I went across the street to Carl's jr.'s I got a superstar with cheese. Don't think I'll be going back to this Wendy's even though I get cravings for Wendy's every now and then I have been to this Wendy's eight different times and never have been happy.
