I’ve been here a few times! I would avoid drive thru during the late evenings but coming to dine in at 12:30 wasn’t bad at all. I used the kiosk to order and my order came out in 5 mins. No complaints

Great fresh food. Fries and nuggets were pipping hot. Manager double checked my order with me asking. Everything was great. I get takeout through the kiosk inside. Drive through is always super busy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The past few times that I have came the wait is ridiculously long. I did mobile orders and have waited in the drive through for over 45 mins to just get to the speaker to tell them I am here. I have also had to wait inside and when I went in to ask for my order, I was told they didn’t have all the order and had to get something else. The French toast sticks were so good the first few months but the last 3 times I've ordered them they've been soaked with nasty old oil. Sometimes I've even gotten a hint of spicy flavor like it was cooked in the same oil as spicy chicken nuggets..so disappointed!!! 2,000 times better and quicker than McDonalds 99.9% of the time. Staff is always super nice, which is rare in fast food. Manager apologized for it taking 2 or 3 minutes...to make fresh. Pfft, take that any day over waiting 15 min, server being snippy and getting cold and wrong food at other places. HORRIBLE ! IT IS 9:48PM. Placed mobile order 20 minutes ago AHEAD OF TIME so i can beat the line and give them head up and for it to be ready when i got there. The Doors are locked to the inside so now i need to wait in drive thru line to tell them i ordered ahead of time for my food. Once i got to the order window, they said my food was not ready and i has to wait in line. DONT ORDER AHEAD. Finally, got my food and it's COLDDDDDD BECAUSE ITS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR ME TO MAKE MY WAY THRU THE DRIVE THRU !!! COULDNT EVEN LET ME SKIP THE LINE AND RUN IT OUT TO ME. Jane the manager was amazing .. cool under pressure… line wrapped around building and into the street.. then their machines went down because of a storm.. she did right by me… extremely good customer service.. food was terrific.. worth the wait.. love the bacon pretzel pub chz burgers.. I placed a delivery order through the Wendy’s app. Of course it arrived without any of the drinks I ordered. So after paying for my delivery order I find myself standing in the Wendy’s store asking for my drinks. The child packing the orders who obviously had the iq of a flip flop decided to give me an attitude because I don’t want to make my drinks. Like make what I paid you for. How hard is it?
