If I could give it 10 stars I would. 12/10 experience. We pulled up to the drive thru box and Miguel was well spoken and hilarious. You could hear everything he was saying and his sense of humor really added to it without overpowering it. He listened to everything we wanted, put a smile on our face, and got us on our way quickly. Food was piping hot and prepared quickly! The cashier, Miguel, was very kind when I accidently ordered for the wrong location. I updated my order and barely made it up to the window before he was handing it to me. Ordered a Dave's special and with modifications everything was correct. Food: 5 Service: 5

The dude working the window has a terrible attitude! I ordered three chicken wraps, but then decided to make it a two instead. The guy who was taking my payment acted like it was an inconvenient for him to change the order to only two wraps. Customer service in there is horrible! I paid $30.00 for junk that I couldn't even eat because the tortillas were hard and the wrap fillings had no flavor at all. It was disgusting! I regretted spending that much for junk food! The food and service were great, no complaints. However, from the drivethu I saw a female staff member scratching a male staff members back while he was bent over cleaning a table....it was a little uncomfortable...kind of makes you wonder what going on there especially since there are a bunch of teenagers working and they are clearly the adults. Ordered the loaded nacho burger. It was fantastic. Fries are always good. Also tried the pumpkin spice frosty for the first time. Not a fan. Tasted fake, artificial. But the burger was a gem. Will order that again for sure. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Arrived at drive thru for a mobile order, my husband said he had a mobile order and we just stood there for about a minute. My husband said again 'Hi I have a mobile order" and the employee proceeded to say " How am I suppose to know about your order if you don't tell me your name". We didn't think anything of it until we went to the window to pick up our food, the employee almost tossed our food through the window without saying anything or asking if we needed any condiments. VERY SNEAKY!!!!! Person at the drive-thru window purposely asks if you want a MED or LRG size knowing there is an up-charge fee (yes small) but imagine how many people they do this to!!!!! If you order a combo know the price on menu is for a SMALL and yes they do have SMALL sized combos just make sure they know you asked for small or you’ll get the up charge fee. VERY SNEAKY!!! To start off when i was ordering through the drive through the workers thought it would be funny to make weird female voices while taking my order. When i went to collect my food, there was no woman. When i received my food my bread on my hamburger was hard. Then while eating my food i found a used cigarette in my food. I was disgusted and couldn’t finish my food.
