The female manager during the day is rude, abrasive, and not professional. I stopped going for about 8 months because of her and what do you know, I decide to go back and nothing changed. The employees below her need a better Manger that shows the good side of a Wendy’s location. I seldom rate places but this one was a must. Do better and let your customers feel liked when they walk in to spend their money. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

just came from the Wendy’s in brick on February 23th at 11:30pm. The guy was down right RUDE. made me feel stupid. has no manners and looks like he’s miserable. If you hate your job then just quit don’t put your negatively and unhappiness on customers

Came in Wednesday morning ordered a breakfast baconator. 12 hours later a stomach virus occurred. Still currently have a stomach virus so bad it’s infection. Whoever made the food definitely did not clean hands after using bathroom, only explanation. Do not eat here. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Food: 1

I normally go lunch and dinner when I do go , 9 out of 10 times they forget sauce and even skimp on the fries like not even half way full , sometimes they are great most time horrible, 12/17 doing Xmas shopping, stopped for a 2 for 3 I wanted oj instead of coffee no said rudely only coffee, ok so fine just give me the standard 2 for 3 I know that fast food jobs stinks for some but why talk to all patrions like they are idiots, sarcasm and intense vitteral isn’t worth the food they give you, I do notice it's seem to only when the English language isn't there primary language, or when it's teenagers and the weekends. I don't understand why people don't realize when you work custom service the big part is being nice to the customer, especially when they are being nice to you , I called to complain and they where still rude as hell the ladie put down the phone asking a store manager do you want to talk to him I hear No!!! so it's wasn't just the employee Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I asked for decaf coffee with my 4 for $4 meal. It took about 15 minutes to brew and my junior Frosty was forgotten. My fries were warm, not hot. I need to figure out how to order online so it's all put together at the same time. Definitely the change of staff completely changed the service, quality and hygiene of this store, before it was dirty, with very bad service and horrible products, today it is clean, good service and great products, you have to visit that store today And their products are now delicious and clean. I highly recommend them, especially those in this location that is next to Wells Fargo.I only went for a French bread but since it was so delicious that I came back for another one and an ice cream, some French fries and a fruit drink, I couldn't help but buy more products because everything was delicious. It's hit or miss. Sometimes the staff working is great & friendly. And our food is correct, not missing items, ect. But then other times.... Not so much! But I suppose every fast food establishment has the same exact potential to be a "Hit Or Miss" "restaurant. Wendy's says their fries are rejuvenated and will always be crispy, not at this location. I don't eat junk food often maybe once every 6 weeks, but at this location on route 70 you're basically never getting good fries.
