Not that good. It's okay. Open hours are short. The staff is nice the manager was very rude. And asked my order of 2 bagels about 4 time's. I asked for one onion and one garlic bagel toasted w/ cream cheese. and still gave e me warm untoasted bagels w/ sour expired cream cheese. Last time I went it was just the staff and not the manager who is clearly only concerned about pumping out semi warm food and way too much sour cream cheese. Told her it was under toasted... didn't care, said she toasted it. Didn't even offer to make it right.. I came back a few minutes later and made it obvious I was taking pictures and waiting to talk to her. Once again She made no attempts to address Me. Or even acknowledge that I was standing wherever she was and raised my hand and said "Excuse me.... Excuse me!!..." Several times and raised my hand. Over priced, over rated...over do not recommend 👎

Good bagels. I hate the new express line so much. I only want bulk bagels, but I don’t want to cut other people. Why make a line just for people who think they are more important than everyone?

Extremely rude staff. Specifically, a young man by the name of Anthony, who when I said hi just stared at me. I asked for a bagel and he rudely responded. I walked out of that establishment, with only a coffee as I do not give my business to poorly run and managed establishments. I could go to Starbucks, McDonald’s, or Coffee Bean, but I thought it best to give Western bagel a visit as since it’s a more “locally owned” establishment. I was sadly disappointed.

This place scams Postmates customers. Instead of cancelling your order when they run out of the hot turkey sandwich they find it acceptable to sub in the much cheaper deli meat that my pregnant wife can't eat. Oh, they also don't understand no mayo means don't put mayo in the sandwich! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered a blueberry bagel with reduced fat cream cheese through Doordash. I guess the cream cheese wasn’t used in a long time and has turned stale. We could smell something similar to how stale milk smells. They should use fresh cream cheese and check before they make an order. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the other bagel we got was good : jalapeno cheese bagel with herb cream cheese

Unfortunately, this place is only good if you order in person. My online orders are nearly always wrong. Maybe it’s a website issue, in which case they new a need system. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Being from NY, I know a good bagel and this place does not make the cut. The bagels are OK in my opinion and are also way to small for the prices being charged. California people must like this place though because the line was out the door.

Bagels seemed undercooked and we're doughy. Bagel was pretty small and thin as well. Definitely not New York style bagels. Lox we're old and appeared to be discolored on the edges. The cream cheese was cheap quality and left an oily residue in my mouth. Coffee was acceptable; if you like strong coffee this is NOT the place for you. While it was edible, I was completely dissatisfied and did not enjoy the meal at all and will not be returning any time soon. Attached is a display of theirs from a few years ago when I first tried this place. If you're willing to let your customers see this, what's happening in the kitchen.

So good I had to write a review Ordered a bacon egg n cheese on a jalapeño n cheese bagel with onion cream cheese and it was amaaaziinng!!!! Fresh, delicate, and generous with the cream cheese just how I like it - perfection. Staff was polite and the wait wasn’t long at 6:40am the place does get packed however it’s sooo worth it 10 out of 10 :) * no one asked for the review this was my first visit and I enjoyed it so much I had to write one
