We were staying at the Three Tress Hotel and had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the whale cafe. Amazing view on the sea, great food and super friendly staff all for an affordable price! 100% recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After a late arrival the night before and whale cafe being the most convenient option for us the morning after the night before we decided to give their breakfast a try. 149 baht set menu for a good 10+ dishes including an “English breakfast” and “American breakfast”. This comes with unlimited toast, orange juice, water and tea/coffee. Pictured is my “English Breakfast”. To be fair it wasn’t bad but this was the first time eating beans in Thailand and I can tell you now they are not like the beans back home. Bigger, a more fruity tang and they weren’t that hot when they were served to me. Bacon was 2 very small what could only be conceived as half rashers of bacon but the “hash brown” aka waffles were great as were the fried eggs. For me, the view, your, surrounds, bang for your buck, when you can get unlimited toast and drinks. It’s a solid option. There are definitely cheaper and probably better quality options but do they have a view like this? I think not! If staying at the three trees hotel and they give you the option for the “free breakfast” when booking your room and it’s less than £3 a day, it’s worth doing as the amount on the menu and the quality is decent enough. Don’t let the rather frayed look of the place and it’s unprepossessing avenue down from the main road fool you. It’s on a lovely little beach, comfortable and clean, with great views and atmosphere. Service is very friendly. But the main thing is the outstanding quality and taste of the food. If the battered prawns and chicken pad Thai are an indicator, then this place is as good or better than some of the more “upmarket” hotel resort restaurants nearby. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great stay there. Good location in front row to the sea, with clean pool, good restaurant and friendly people. Good milkshakes, great Thai food, amazing pizza, quick and friendly service, clean area. Beach looks nice, but not swim friendly. However, you can get a kayak to paddle around. Giving it away for free gives it a nice little touch. Highly recommend!

Don’t judge the book by it’s cover! This place might look outdated from the outside but the foods were good!! We stumbled upon the cafe by chance and had a great lunch here + no frills, yummy Thai dishes - you can expect the stable dishes like crispy garlic, basil with meat, crispy chicken wings …etc along with newly added cannabis foods and drinks! The prices were reasonable and staffs were friendly =) - minus one point for exterior, it was dull, outdated, and rather dirty! We asked for a baby chair and spent 20 mins cleaning it ourselves! After over 50 times of cleaning it was still dirty (judged from the stain on the wet tissues) we brought our own baby cutlery so won’t be able to speak much about theirs. They also charged 3% for credit card payment

Delicious food, nice staff and amazing view. This cafe gives surf club vibes and feeling of amazing peace. Love it. Our baby also loved this place very much, because they have a kids chair, staff is very friendly, playful and kind towards little guests.
