First time ever eating at Whataburger. It was good. Fries were fresh & hot. Burgers were very big for fast food. They have regular & spicy ketchup, if you like spicy. Self serve beverages, so refills are free. Two number one meals, with large fries and large drinks $20.97.
The place is always crowded, so finding a seat in the restaurant took a minute, but they are good about cleaning tables and turning them over for the next customer. Everyone was nice and friendly- we will definitely eat again!
Also, if you join there rewards club, you get a free burger on your next visit.
Tried this joint a few times since they opened, and everything I've had is good for fast food. Although they do end up on the upper end of cost, it's no longer by a lot. I'd gladly pick this place over somewhere like Five Guys or Shake Shack, where less food would cost even more.
Every meal I've had here, I could easily split in half and eat for two meals. The patty melt and burgers are really good, and so are the fries - the sodas are also pretty crisp and flavorful. The people who work here are friendly, helpful with menu suggestions, and will cut up with us every time I've been there.

Several employees standing around, not sure why orders take so long. We wait over 45 minutes to get our hamburgers. Really disappointed they are not that good!!👎🏽👎🏽 everything was really cold fries or hamburgers. I guarantee you we’re not coming back!! .,if you really want a good hamburger go to Culver’s!!💯💯💯

Overall, I was underwhelmed by this place. Since it was my first visit, I decided to dine in. It was absolutely freezing inside, so I'm not sure I'd dine in again. Every time I've tried to go previously, the wait has been too long so this time I went in the middle of the day and it was relatively slow. Even though it wasn't packed, the service was pretty slow and then my order was incorrect. I had to wait a while longer for someone to help me to correct it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and an apple pie. The sandwich was good but the fries were not. They were too salty. They also weren't hot.Maybe if they'd been hot, I would have liked them more. The apple pie was pretty good. The people with me ordered burgers, onion rings, and a cinnamon roll. The burgers are large and were just okay, not great. The onion rings weren't good. No flavor. The cinnamon roll was also good. I may try it one more time, to try the breakfast.

The establishment was extremely dirty all over. Trash overflowing everywhere, floors horrible, and seats/tables dirty. The food was decent for the most part. Burger was warm and fries were cold.
I had whataburger first in Houston over a decade ago. It was crappy then, it’s crappy now. The only reason we went there was cause of the hype considering how new this franchise is to Georgia. Our food was almost all cold so I asked for a remake. They were nice enough to do that without any issues.
Best thing about this was the strawberry shake. But, it doesn’t seem like we’ll be driving all the way there just for this.

I have eaten food from here twice - and won't be back. It's expensive for what you get, and the service is not to standards. If you enjoy dry, old looking burgers, this is the place for you.

Double Meat Whataburger with Cheese Burger Combo
What a burger!! Just like I remembered when I worked in Texas. Generous sized burgers (with no ketchup), great fries and wide selection of drinks at a good price. For those ketchup lovers they offer both standard and hot ketchups for your fries. I like their hamburgers (offer in 1,2,3 patty versions). I had the Sweet and Spicy Bacon burger and it was so big I could hardly finish it….My son had a standard burger and wife the Patty melt sandwich. Atmosphere is nice and modern. One orders at the counter and the food is bought out to you. Leaving to the restaurant requires crossing a 4 lane shopping center entrance road. Tricky on a full stomach. Service was a little slow, but we’ll worth the wait. I understand it a new store.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever visited. Customer service is horrible. The kitchen people are working slower than a turtle. Everyone in the kitchen was chatting and on their cell phones. If you want to try it, do it at your own risk. By the way it took over 30 minutes to get the food and also the sandwich was squashed and cold.

I arrived at this location around 11:08 PM and experienced the longest wait of my life!
We waited so long, to where people were literally leaving their cars to go inside and order which had me stuck.
By the time they finally moved their cars, our line started to moving cause someone came outside to take our orders on a tablet in drive-thru.
After that, we still have to wait and the time of this review is at 11:59 PM and as you can see in the picture below, I’m still waiting.
This is my first time at this location and after this this organization, I will not be returning!
UPDATE: I got my food and the cheese isn’t even melted on my “Patty MELT”.
