Ordered a number 11 grilled chicken sandwich on toast with bacon, got home and there was no grilled chicken in the sandwich! It’s 3:00am and they said bring it back or hold onto it til I can get up there!

Too many times have I received the wrong orders when I get delivery. Last night I ordered for pickup so that I can get the correct order. Got ridiculed for checking my order in the drive thru and holding up the line. Found out I got someone else’s order when I got home. I don’t even know what more to do aside from just stop eating out. Delivery is unreliable, pickup seemed to be the way to go but even when I do that I get a hard time about checking my order. They're going to mess it up either way you go about it. 10/11/2023 I have visited this location only one other time. I didn’t have any problems. I ordered a breakfast bowl. It was in a bowl. Today I ordered the same thing…. But it was on a platter instead of a bowl. It is a hot mess. It was also cold!! I am VERY!! Disappointed!! Baytown Decker/Garth location!!! Put my breakfast bowl in a bowl!! False advertisement !!! Now I’m hungry because I couldn’t eat the hot mess! SMH!!

I ordered the new wings with bbq. I would have had no problem waiting a couple extra minutes for my food. I wondered why I got my food in 3 minutes flat. It was old and cold. Wings tasted just like any other chicken you get from Whataburger. Don’t waist your money Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It was average. Many times the bacon cheese whataburger taste like the patty was already cooked and under a warming light. The hamburger patty is never hot enough to melt the cheese. I usually ask them to toast the bun on both sides so they can melt the cheese on the bun. Hotter meat patties please. The time it took us to order and when we received our order, it was about 7 minutes. Our food was made the way we asked, and everything was really hot. The prices on the menu are not honored. I was charged the wrong price on three meals. The burger kidsmeals, NO cheese, are listed on the menu for $4.99 but I was charged $5.49, times 3. That's $1.59 overcharge with tax. Also, the kidsmeals were not each in their own bag which is the benefit of ordering kids meals to make it easy to hand out the food quickly when everybody is sitting at different tables. The food was not hot and fresh.
