Service is absolutely terrible. They have people waiting and unacknowledged, looking at us dead in the eye without even saying anything. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened. It’s one thing to look at us and letting us know you’ll be right with us, but in an empty restaurant with little to no cars in the drive though, you would think SOMEBODY would take the time to say something. Counted at least 5 employees in the back and two up front, and nobody bothered to ask us what we needed. They just pretended we didn’t exist, only catering to the two employees that were on break. Do better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location has really stepped up their customer service, we went to to Thai location through the drive-thru for dinner and Gabriel took our order he was extremely sweet, attentive, and gave us the best customer service! He definitely deserves to be recognized for his great manners! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food is well prepared, and the staff, for the most part, is very friendly. I visit this location at least once a week. My only suggestion is to always check your order before you leave. They've left out a couple of meals, fries, ketchup, and/or drinks before. Keep an eye out. I had hair in my food the manager George was very rude he told me he's going to replace my order I went the next day he never did he's on professional I called he hung up the phone on me I called corporate as well they helped me out they need to get him out of there he has no reason being there nobody should get treated that way. Normally this place is great but yesterday was horrible. I wanted to go inside yelling and screaming but I didn't. I'm never ordering here again. 15 minutes of waiting for two things in my curbside order! Place was not busy so wth was going on in there? You guys ought to be ashamed. Food was terrible. Not Hot! The fries weren't fully cooked in my chili cheese fries. They were thrown around and the cheese wasn't melted. It should have been hot, crispy, fresh and filled all the way across like the pictures in the advertisements. Whoever is in charge should be fired. Whoever made the food should be fired. What a disappointment and there wasn't an option for me to cancel my order and waiting so long I didn't have the time to go somewhere else. I had somewhere to be and you guys made us late. Update: 1/31/24 9:00 p.m. No longer coming to this location. It’s the only one that has an employee outside taking orders. First he is out there when it is freezing. Second This is not chic fil a. Third they don’t let you see all the menu just the combos but there is way more on the menu. So they loosing money. This makes for an uncomfortable encounter. No more. You can here the manager screaming at the employees. Unacceptable you can tell he don’t care about his employees. I feel for them. We live about two blocks away from the Southmore one, but they are nowhere near as good as nice as this one is. My husband wanted breakfast at 10:55 And they accommodated.
